Jaycee Dugard, age 11

Jaycee Dugard, at age 11, was abducted as she walked to her school bus stop in Lake Tahoe, Ca.

For 18 years she was held captive in the back yard sheds and tents of her husband and wife abductors. She has been found. Today she is 29 years old and two children by her convicted sex offender captor.

    All things considered, it is extremely fortunate that her key family members are still alive. I also hope that provision can be found from a national fund or her state/county to susbidise her living costs for the next 10-20 years, as she and the girls are surely owed a huge payback back from the state and society and the opportunities in life and education that they have missed for so long.
