Welcome to the Help Find The Missing blog pages!

Help Find The Missing is a relatively new site, a forum that is dedicated to documenting, tracking and finding missing people. Our goal is to bring awareness of the missing to the general public through many channels, because someone, somewhere, holds the key to unlocking the mystery of any one of the missing cases that are showcased in this forum.

We further wish to get more people involved and generate new leads. The media will sometimes present a high profile case, but after a few days, when there are no new leads or no new titilating developments, the story quickly fades. For each of the high profile cases shown by the media, there are hundreds more cases of people who simply go missing, falling through the cracks of everyday awareness.

Those people deserve the same attention. They need your help, their families need your help, too, because each one of the missing people is a daughter, son, mother, father, sister, brother, cousin or dear friend. The left behind need your help, too.

To that end, Help Find The Missing is a forum where you can make their stories known. If someone you know is missing, check the various forums in the Missing area, by clicking on the appropriate link. If your missing loved one is not currently listed here, let us know and the HFTM staff will do everything in their power to make your story known.

If your missing loved one is profiled here, help spread the word. While Help Find The Missing is linked to many other websites and media outlets, we are not linked everywhere. The more people who read, and know, the story of your missing loved one, the better the chance of finding the person who holds the key bit of data that can bring your loved one home.

We’re a relatively new site, too. We’re growing, and changing on a daily basis. This blog page was recently added to be one more homing beacon to a missing soul.

Missing Children - Those under 17 years of age. Some in this forum may now be over 17 but were children when they went missing.

New Missing Persons - Breaking stories and new cases, less than 4 months old. Unresoved cases will be moved to the appropriate forum as time passes.

Missing Adults - Cases of those 18 and up. Some of these may be adults who vanished as children.

New Developments - Sometimes, new developments break in cold cases and they return to the news.

Who Am I? - Sadly, the remains of unknown people are sometimes found. Perhaps you can help authorities identify these unidentified remains?

Missing Persons Located - Here is a listing of the missing that are found, sometimes the results are happy. Just because someone is located doesn’t mean the case is solved, however. Perhaps you hold key? Even the smallest detail in a case, that seems insignificant to you, is exactly the missing piece of the puzzle.
