Developmentally-disabled man missing again

JEFFERSON COUNTY - Authorities are asking for the public's help in locating a developmentally-disabled man who went missing Saturday - the second time in as many months.
State officials say 42-year-old Shelton Cooper when missing between 5 a.m. and 9 a.m. and was last seen at 10777 W. Peakview Dr. in Littleton.
Authorities say Cooper is 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and no teeth.
Cooper is said to function at the capacity of a 5-year-old and needs to take his medication. He does not have a vehicle, but authorities say he does take the bus.
Cooper also went missing on Dec. 14.
If anyone has any information about Cooper's whereabouts, call the Jefferson County Sheriff's office at 303-277-0211.
