PLANT CITY -- Sheriff's investigators are trying to locate a missing Lakeland woman, last seen leaving her job at a Plant City strip club early Saturday morning.
Kylee Jean Copeland, 18, was last seen leaving Showgirls night club at 4210 E Highway 92 about 3:20 a.m. Saturday, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies say it's unknown whether Copeland left the strip club on foot or in a vehicle. She hasn't made contact with her family, which is caring for her 6-month-old son, Sheriff's Office spokesman J.D. Callaway said.
Investigators say there is no sign Copeland attempted to contact friends.
Copeland is 5-foot, 4-inches tall, and weighs about 110 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
Hillsborough County Sheriff's officials are asking anyone with information to call (813) 247-8200.

A Plant City mother is missing

Plant City, Florida - The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is looking for Kylee Jean Copeland, who was last seen leaving her job Saturday night.

According to deputies, Copeland left her job at Showgirls Night Club near Plant City on Saturday, Feb. 21, around 3:20 a.m.

They tell us it is unknown if Kylee walked away or left in a vehicle. She has not made contact with her family, who is caring for her 6-month-old son.

Kylee is 5' 4" and weighs 110 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY (Bay News 9) -- Detectives are searching for a woman who left her job early Saturday morning and has not been seen since.

According to reports, Kylee Jean Copeland, 18, left her job at the Showgirls Men's Club on Highway 92 near Plant City shortly before 3:30 a.m. Saturday morning.

No one in her family - members of whom were caring for her 6-month-old son while she worked - has seen or heard from her since then.

Detectives said they do not know if the Lakeland resident walked away or if she left in a vehicle. They also said they don't know if she tried to contact any of her friends.

Copeland is described as standing five-foot-four and weighing 110 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

Some of Copeland's co-workers say they saw her get into the red vehicle that her boyfriend drives just as she does every night. Some of her co-workers also mentioned that they recently noticed bruising on Copeland.
Copeland is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing 110 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
Copeland is originally from Michigan. She has lived in the area with her boyfriend's family since 2007.

PLANT CITY, FL -- A Lakeland teenager who went missing early Saturday morning has been found..

18-year old Kylee Copeland was located in Polk County early Monday morning. No other details are available.

She had not been seen since she left her job at the Showgirls nightclub, 4210 East Highway 92, around 3:20 a.m. Saturday

She works there as a bartender/dancer, Sheriff's spokesman J.D. Callaway said.

Detectives weren't sure if Copeland walked away or left in a car.

Callaway said she had not contacted her family, who was caring for her 6-month-old son, and were no signs she had spoken to any of her friends.

Deputies locate missing

LAKELAND - Deputies say a woman reported missing over the weekend has been found in Polk County.
Kylee Copeland, 18, was last seen leaving her job at Showgirls nightclub on Highway 92 near Plant City just before 3:30 a.m. Saturday.
Hillsborough County sheriff's detectives said Copeland, who left her 6-month-old son with her family, is okay. They are still investigating to determine what happened and where she's been for the past two days.
