The Madison County Sheriff's Department issued an Endangered Child Alert for a young brother and sister this evening.

Nathan Waibl, 4, and his sister Allison Waibl, 3, were last seen Saturday with their non-custodial mother, according to a news release from the Sheriff's Office.

Nathan is a 3-foot-tall white boy with blond hair and green eyes who weighs about 40 pounds. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeved white T-shirt, white hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and gray Nike tennis shoes.

Allison is a white girl with blond hair and green eyes, standing 2 feet 10 inches tall and weighing about 30 pounds. She was last seen wearing a pink and white turtleneck, a pink jacket, brown sandals and dark blue jeans with pink flowers on the leg and pockets.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the children is asked to call the Sheriff's Office at (731) 423-6000.

Two missing Madison County children


The Madison County Sheriff’s Department issued an Endangered Child Alert for a young brother and sister this evening.

According to a news release from the Sheriff’s Office Nathan Waibl, 4, and his sister Allison Waibl, 3, were last seen Saturday with their non-custodial mother.
Allison is a white female blond hair and green eyes, 2 feet 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 30 pounds. She was last seen wearing a pink and white turtleneck, a pink jacket, brown sandals and dark blue jeans with pink flowers on the leg and pockets. Nathan is described as 3-foot-tall white male blond hair and green eyes about 40 pounds. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeved white T-shirt, white hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and gray Nike tennis shoes.

Arrest warrant issued for mother of missing children

An arrest warrant has been issued for a woman accused of taking her two children, according to Madison County Sheriff David Woolfork.

Nathan Waibl, 4, and Allison Waibl, 3, were last seen Saturday with their non-custodial mother, according to a news release.
The woman will be charged with custodial interference, Woolfork said. Authorities are expected to release her name soon.

The endangered child alert was issued Sunday evening.

Nathan has blond hair and green eyes, is 3-feet-tall and weighs about 40 pounds. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeved white T-shirt, white hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and gray Nike tennis shoes.

The Madison County Sheriff’s Office is continuing the investigation into the February 21, 2009, report of two (2) missing children, Nathan Waibl, Jr., age 4 and Allison Waibl, age 3. Chancellor Butler previously granted visitation for Heather Heloni’ Lynn Waibl, age 25, last known address 311 Natcon Drive, Dover, TN, on alternating Saturdays. The visits were to be from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. and she was not to take the children outside Madison County.

Mrs. Waibl picked up the children at the designated time and did not return the children to their father at the court ordered time on February 21, 2009.

She was driving a gold Chrysler van, TN license number 670MBF. On February 22, 2009, the van was found abandoned at 3350 North Highland Avenue, Jackson, TN, near Highland Memorial Gardens.

An arrest warrant has been issued charging Heather Heloni’ Lynn Waibl with Custodial Interference To wit: Mrs. Waibl did knowingly and intentionally fail to return Nathan, Jr. and Allison Waibl to their father, Nathan Waibl, the court ordered custodian after her visitation.

Mother to be charged with custodial interference

Police in Lexington have found a mother and her two children reported missing Sunday by the Madison County Sheriff's Department. The mother, Heather Heloni' Lynn Waibl, 25, was taken into custody shortly after 8 p.m. Monday, according to Sheriff David Woolfork.
An arrest warrant accuses Waibl of taking her two children.
Woolfork said authorities found Nathan Waibl, 4, and Allison Waibl, 3, unharmed in Lexington. He gave credit to the Lexington Police Department and U.S. Marshal's Service.
Woolfork said officials received a tip on where to find the children.
Authorities said Heather Waibl picked up her children at the designated time and did not return the children to their father at the court-ordered time.
