The New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing person: Karla Ranee Moss-Harrigan.
Karla Ranee Moss-Harrigan is a 29-year-old white female, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds. She has brown hair and blue eyes. Karla Moss-Harrigan was last seen Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at her home in the 6400 Block of Carolina Beach Road in New Hanover County.
Ms. Moss-Harrigan is considered to be endangered due to a medical condition that requires medication. She may be operating a Gold 2007 Mazda MZ3 with NC license tag number XTY-7282.

Karla Ranee Moss-Harrigan, 29, was last seen Feb. 18 at her home in the 6400 block of Carolina Beach Road, according to a statement from Sheriff’s Office Spokesman Charles Smith.
Authorities are concerned for her safety because she has a condition which requires medication, Smith said.
Moss-Harrigan is about 5 feet 7 inches tall and has blue eyes. She has brown hair, but in a recent photo her hair is blond. When she was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with pictures of mouths on it – a symbol for the Rolling Stones. She also was wearing sunglasses and dark gray pajama-style pants, covered with small dark symbols.
Authorities say Moss-Harrigan might be driving a light-colored 2007 Mazda MZ3. The car has a North Carolina license plate with the number XTY-7282.
Deputies ask anyone with information on Moss-Harrigan to call them at 798-4260 or to call 911.

Missing New Hanover woman found safe

The New Hanover County Sheriff's Office has canceled a missing person alert for Karla Ranee Moss-Harrigan. She was found in Arizona and is fine, the sheriff's office said in a news release Wednesday.

Authorities began searching for Moss-Harrigan when she was reported missing after being last seen Feb. 18 at her home in the 6400 block of Carolina Beach Road.

Missing Wilmington woman found in Arizona

The New Hanover County Sheriff's Office has canceled the missing person alert for Karla Ranee Moss-Harrigan.

She was located by law enforcement officials in Arizona during a routine traffic stop. Her family had reported her missing last month. Ms. Moss-Harrigan told officers she did not want to return to North Carolina.

After finding that she seemed to be okay, she was released by Arizona authorities and is no longer considered missing.
