Juan “Pancho” Mendoza suffers from dementia and does not know his address or phone number.
Investigators need your help to find a missing man. Juan “Pancho” Mendoza, 56, left his home Tuesday on 64th Street for his daily walk to Encanto Park at about 2 p.m. He never returned home.
Mendoza suffers from dementia and does not know his address or phone number. He does however know his name.
The missing man is 5 feet 11 inches, 220 pounds, gray hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a black cowboy hat, black or brown jacket, blue jeans and tennis shoes.

Authorities Search For Missing Encanto Man

SAN DIEGO -- Authorities asked the public Wednesday for help in finding an Encanto man with dementia who went missing while taking his daily walk through his neighborhood.
Juan "Pancho" Mendoza, 56, left his home in the 500 block of 64th about 2 p.m. Tuesday and has failed to return, according to San Diego police.
Mendoza, who does not know his address or telephone number, is a 5-foot- 11-inch, 220-pound Latino with gray hair and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing blue jeans, a dark-colored jacket, tennis shoes and a black cowboy hat.
Missing-persons investigators asked anyone with information on Mendoza's whereabouts to call SDPD communications at (619) 531-2000.

San Diego police are asking for the public's help to locate a 56-year-old Encanto man suffering from dementia who left home Tuesday afternoon and never returned.
Juan "Pancho" Mendoza left his home on 64th Street near Brooklyn Avenue about 2 p.m. for his daily walk to Encanto Park and has not been seen since, San Diego police said.
Mendoza knows his name but does not know his address or phone number, police said.
He is described as Latino, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 220 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a black or brown jacket, blue jeans, tennis shoes and a black cowboy hat.
Anyone with information is asked to call police at (619) 531-2000.

If this man has dementia, dosen't know his address or phone number what pray tell is he doing out alone? I'll be praying for his safe return.
