Police seek missing man, teen girl

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police have issued alerts for a pair of missing persons -- a teen-age girl believed to be in the Center City area, and a man who was last seen in southwest Charlotte.
Police say Tyehee Mayers, 16, is believed to be somewhere in the Uptown area. She is a black female, 5-feet-3 and 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
The other missing person is Marcus Spivey, 39.
Spivey is a black male, 6-feet-4 and 230 pounds. He is bald and has brown eyes. He was last seen in the Yorkdale Drive area.
Police say Spivey was driving a black 2001 Lincoln Navigator, with N.C. license tag WXJ-3829.
Anyone who spots either of these missing people, or sees Spivey's SUV, is asked to call 911.
