A Battle Creek man suffering from Alzheimer's disease and reported missing early Thursday was found later in the day in Port Hope.

Bennie Donegan, 71, was reported missing about 6 a.m. by his wife from their home at Springview Towers.

Police said he took his white minivan but didn't have any money.

Thank goodness Bennie is safe.

He drove quite some way. Maybe he ran out of fuel and he had no money with him.
