Mr. Reid may be confused or disoriented, and normally walks with a cane, which he did not have at the time of his disappearance.
Mr. Reid has access to his bank accounts, and credit cards, and was carrying a personal address book as well as his wallet. He has wandered away from home on several previous occasions, and per his family, “likes to get on the bus”.
MVPD officers used a blood hound, and were able to track Mr. Reid to the intersection of Lasselle & Via Xavier, at which point the scent was lost.
