I decided to give this show it's own thread instead of tagging it along with the OC'ers. Afterall, they are a totally different breed.
So, these women are growing on me. I've decided that Bethenny is the most entertaining to watch. Even the stuff she mumbles under her breath is funny. Next in line is Jill. Those 2 together seem like fun.
Ramona is a nutbag with some wild eyes.
Alex.. she looks like she would have bad breath, and she would totally get on my nerves trying to be something she's not. Alex and Simon act like they don't like the Hampton's because they can't afford to buy a home there. (Of course that's just my opinion).
The Countess.. she's too pushy for me to like her.
Oh.. and these NYC apartments, townhouses, condos, etc. They all look cold. None of them look homey. I wouldn't want to live like that. It's not even pretty to me.

Yor picks are right in line with mine, Bethanny has a great sense of humor and with great zingers. Jill is from money, but is somehow still down to earth and likable. They make for fun times together.
Romona has always been bat@hitcrazy (bat@hitcrazy)! Last night she went off the handle with LuAnn regarding Victoria going off to boarding school. Really, how is it any of Romona's business where Victoria goes to school and it's not uncommon for wealthy ppl to send their kids to boarding school.
With that said, Romona has great legs and I'm about to do some squats right here at work.
Alex and Simon, Silex as they call them on another board, are just plain strange. They can't really afford to rent an entire house in the Hamptons and they are renting rooms in that run down looking cottage. Plus they don't really count it as a vacation, they keep comparing it to St. Bart's. They are doing it for the social climbing, which is like a job for them. And if I ever have to see Simon's body without clothes again, I'm calling 911.
The countess, Luann is a trip. She's writing a book on etiquette and she has none that I can tell.
When her maid came back from vacation, it was clear that LuAnn's kids felt closer to Rosie than their own mother.
Kelly, the new girl doesn't really fit in yet. But for a famous model, she just isn't that pretty, but does have the typical model body.

LuAnn! That's her name. I couldn't remember it. Yeah, she got up on stage in one episode and scolded the people in the audience for talking.. but she sits down and starts right back to chatting away.
Simon's body.. EEK! You're right.. how horrible! He has the body of an 80 year old man! And a farmer's tan to boot! I don't believe those two will succeed in climbing the social ladder. They just don't have "it".
Kelly.. she has a killer body.. but her face looks really sun damaged. She needs some lipstick too. The color of her lips blend right in with her skin tone.

My favorite kid on the show is Romona's daughter Avery; she's smart and gorgeous.
Yes! I noticed that yesterday about Avery. She's so calm compared to Ramona too! She's a very neat, clean looking child.
Another thing I noticed about Ramona. When Jill was talking about doing the charity for arthritis, Ramona eventually spoke up and said "Yeah, well Avery has rheumatoid something".
I wanted to thump Ramona on the nose. If Avery had Rheumatoid Arthritis, I'm sorry, Ramona would know for darn sure that it was Rheumatoid Arthritis and not Rheumatoid 'something'. Children with RA are very, very sick. Their parents are well educated on the disease process, the do's and don'ts, etc. Avery doesn't have RA.
OMG Tee!! Look at this! Read post #485. Do you get that impression? I'm not feeling that from them.

So I'm watching this show again. A couple of things I wanted to re-watch.
First off, I need to correct our mistake about who Ramona was trying to out-blind. It was the Governor of New York, not a Mayor.
Then I noticed everyones teeth. Romona has something strange about her teeth new to her top front ones, she should have them corrected. I mean she has the money.
Same with Alex, hers are okay, just funny shaped, maybe veneers.
Jill, Kelly and Bethenny's teeth nice,, really nice.

I do get tired of her Countess crap. IIRC she grew up in CT or OK, like the rest of us. And, furthermore in America we don't do titles.
Side note, I read somewhere else that Alex lost her job at Victoria Secret. That might put a damper on the $200,000 home remodeling job. That reminds me, when she was talking about how the Hamptons wasn't all it's cracked up to be and then we see them lounging in a rubber wadding pool in their NY backyard...too funny! Not to mention, their kids weren't even in the pool, not even in the yard. And again, way too much of Simon's scary body.
Someone explain this to me, why is Ramona's husband so good looking and normal acting, how did she ever snag him? I don't understand. I think he would be a better fit for Bethenny.

It's hard to believe a reality show could have more drama in real life, but that certainly appears to be the case for the ladies of Bravo's The Real Housewives of New York City. Newbie Kelly Killoren Bensimon has been accused of misdemeanor assault, while Alex McCord lost her job.
Divorcée Bensimon, 40, was arrested for assault last week when her decade-younger fiancé, Nicholas Stefanov, accused her of punching him. He was allegedly left with a black eye and a cut on his cheekbone.
"The allegations are by a jilted lover saying she struck him during the course of an argument," Bensimon's lawyer Stephen Turano tells the New York Daily News. "We deny the charges, and we hope this will be resolved."
"If I had done it to her, I would have been put in jail immediately," the New York Post reports Stefanov as telling friends. "My injuries are worse than Rihanna's—and Chris Brown was charged with two felonies."
Reportedly, Bensimon, a mother of two from her previous marriage to famed photographer Gilles Bensimon, was kind enough to remove her engagement ring before swinging at her lover. She returned the bauble to Stefanov later that evening.
A show spokeswoman said producers and Bravo "don't comment on the personal lives of our talent."
Then there's Housewives veteran McCord. Two weeks ago, the mother of two was released from her position in visual merchandising for Victoria's Secret.
"Alex is a Real Housewife and a real person who is not immune to the effects of the economy as experienced by hundreds of thousands of Americans," the mother of two's personal publicist tells E! News.
"As such, she will be actively seeking meaningful employment buoyed by her many skills, contacts, experience and ambition. Her family supports her fully in these efforts."

I've been watching the housewives of NY since it's started. I've come to some conclusions since watching it. Bethany is defeniatly a bulimic. she's a size 0 and in every scene she is eating or drinking, and by jills pool in the Hamptons, she was in her bathing suit and her bones stuck out in her chest like a skeleton. made her double D's look bad. they are fake of course.
Romona is like a mad dog. her eyes are weird looking and she looks as if she has an extra chromazone. and ADD. Her taste in clothing is horrible. and her accent is real annoying. Lu Ann acts like no dutchess. at her daughters party she was showing them how to eat with manners and she ate with her mouth open the whole show. and talked with food in her mouth. and elbows were on the table. now we know where her daughter gets it. I think LuAnn is such a fake and two faced. she trys to come off better than everyone else and she just makes an ass out of herself. I don't know why Kelly is on the show, she isn't married but has kids. I don't think she is pretty in any way. she is just a socialite that everyone kisses her ass. Jill is funny. she's probably the most normal. she will confront you to your face, say she's sorry and let it go. but she loves gossip. and Simon and his wife I believe are secretly swingers. they are wierd and slimy. they don't even act real. after all they met online. both looking for a one night stand. what a match. they argue over the weirdest stuff. they nit pick. like the Dutchess making such a big deal about her name. and how rude she was at the cancer convention. she wouldn't stop talking. after she got up and ask everyone to shut up she sat back down and kept on talking. how lady like and good manners as well. I think Lu Ann has her nose stuck up her own butt to far to see what a liar she is. and how fakey she is.thats my take on the ladies so far.............................................

Bulimics are normally average-sized people. They don't look really skinny. Anorexics are very skinny, but they don't eat.
I don't believe Bethenny is either. I think she has a fast metabolism.

Fly, I totally agree with you post. Only I have no idea how Bethenny got so skinny. I think she's too thin right now.
LuAnn really does think she's better than the rest of the world, but isn't she really just a girl from OK or CT???? She needs to realize we don't do titles here in the USA and get over herself.

About the luncheon LuAnn sponsered at the cancer hospitality house and she and Ramona argued about how old LuAnn's husband was; that was way out of place and rude. And yeah, she's gonna write a book on manners:waitasec:

Jill is my fav also and then Bethenny... I can't stand RoMEANa.. her eyes kill me. I used to like LuAnn, but she is becoming obsessed with being a countess.. like it really means anything.. Alex and Simon, they are dancing to their own drumbeat.. society hippies.

Jill is my favorite too, and her husband and daughter seem genuinely nice. I think Bethenny is a hoot, but tries too hard.
I am finding myself liking Ramona more this season only because she took on the countess and Alex and Simon - good theater.
They all came back thinner this year. Being on national TV would make me slim down, too. :D

So the new girl, Kelly was arrested for hitting her boyfriend. She's 40 and he's 30. I read that tidbit in my People magizine, and in the picture she really looks like a man.

I haven't seen this week's show yet. Yep, I fell asleep as soon as it came on. :groan: BUT - Kelly's skin is horrible. She has splotches really, really bad. Some good make-up would do wonders for her.

I have just started watching this show (thanks, Tee!). I watched last year's reunion show one afternoon this week.
My interpretation of Alex and Simon has been spot on. During the reunion show it was pointed out that they were 'wannabees'. I also commented on their disgusting apartment, now I see that the housewives were also shocked by the apartment. :francis:

BTW, just now on Bonnie Hunt Show... Bonnie showed clips of Kelly remarking about Jill's daughter's arthritis being cute.

Hi backatcha! ))))) Kelly's remark was soooo ignorant. After playing the clip, Bonnie said something about someone having surgery due to arthritis and guessing Kelly would say how adorable.
Kelly made fun of Ramona while talking to Lu Ann and some others... it was extremely tacky due to the circumstances. She'd invited Ramona to an event, then was making fun of Ramona for attending.
8 AM,,,,, yikes! It's on here at 3 PM.
I'll have to watch that last episode. Still haven't seen it yet.

Alibar - I agree about how high school the meeting Kelly called with Bethenny was. Especially when she explained to Bethenny how she was on a level above her. I like her less and less weekly.
Don't let the cat fights stop with them though. Rameana was on a roll this epi also; her little issue of how Kelly wrote her magizine article, her beef with Jill and the tennis match (with Mario), and then her final hissy fit with Alex and Simon about them failing to tell her that Alex was gonna be shown in a semi nude pose in some magizine.
The one that looked the most 'normal' this week was LuAnn, the countess. Hum, normally she's right up there at the top of drama.
What the heck was up with Jill's new decor? It looked very aged to me.....?

Wow I was thinking Kelly seems to have a mental problem of some sorts and I see that some of you think so too. There is something not right with her in my opinion. I like Bethanny and I hope she does not let Kelly get to her. Isn't Luann the one who recommended Kelly for the show? Wish they would get rid of her.
Was Mario drunk tonight? I have never seen him behave like that. To much worrying about the Tennis Match. He must want to show off on tv. Imagine if he loses to Jill and her partner. What will his reaction be? :000: Bobby sure is a gentleman. I was surprised he didn't bunch him.

I find myself liking Ramona. She is very rough around the edges but I think she tries to be honest and kind. I can understand her being angry at Alex's stunt. Her friend in the first season never claimed to be other than what she was, Alex and Simon play games. Like Jeana in the HWOC, just be honest.

Bonnie Hunt opened her show today saying that Luann and the Count were getting a divorce because he was cheating on her. I don't know why, but I felt a little shocked.
Kelly! OMG she is a lunatic! I think Kelly and Jessica (from High School Reunion) are both on the same level. (I don't want to be way up 'here' if that's where they are!).
I agree with Ali, Bethenny's story was much more accurate than when Kelly told it.
Is it just me, or does it seem like Kelly can hardly complete a sentence? She doesn't make a lot of sense when she talks. She's not interesting at all.
She is by far my least favorite on this show. I mean, seriously, I don't like Vicki on the HWofOC.. but at least Vicki is entertaining. Kelly isn't even entertaining.

I'm also beginning to like Ramona and I've noticed myself being very sympathetic to Alex and Simon. Kelly is unnecessary to the cast.
I didn't see enough of the decor in Jill's apartment to say how it looks, but, when they were looking at drapery material, I thought it would look too heavy. I did like the sculpture.
I think the Countess will lose the title. Since he travels so much, I suspect he's been an habitual cheater.

yeah, who the hell is kelly anyway except the spaz who fell off her horse? I swear, If I had been in that bar with bethany when kelly showed up a half hour late and then goes "whatever". I wouldn't have given her a chance to talk. I would have laid right in to her. but bethany with her tack. took it well. Kelly seemed to think that she could put bethany in her place and she just got flustered and made an ass out of herself. she is so phoney. I didn't like her right off the bat. she's the kind of person who over does the truth like when she left bethany and stood at the front door and still nipped at bethany's heel's right out of the place. then telling her boyfriend that bethany had said she said they had met 15 times when bethany said only 7 times. telling her boyfriend that she doesn't have time for nobodys. If bethany was a nobody, why did she find it so all important to call bethany up and set up this stupid date to meet so kelly can tell bethany she doesn't like her and doesn't want to be around her. why couldn't she just think this way and not say anything about it. then kelly runs to romana and lies, then to lu ann. she spreds the gossip so fast. and she lied. she's a liar. and I think she's jealous of bethany. I think if kelly isn't being the center of attention she isn't happy. she certainly isn't good looking. IN fact, she looks like a horseface.

Yep, I watched the preview of Howives of Jersey. They seem really _itchy, more so than all the other howives. Maybe it was just a bad first impression, but I'll have to watch now and find out.
One thing for sure, there seems to be howives in every big city.

Well, I'm finally glad they got that over with.The tennis match I mean. I think Mario was kinda peeved that it was simon. I thought it was a slow tortureous outing for the on lookers. I been watching kelly and I think she's a jealous girl over Bethany. Bethany is better looking, smarter, quick wit, talented, fun to be around, and Kelly is jealous. why then would she want to meet her? then walk off. I would not have waited a half hour for her to show up, I would have left a quarter past seven. I don't think Kelly would have waited for Bethany. Her time is too important. The Jersey girls are going to be such a handful seeing that they are all related. the mother of the bunch runs much of the houses. her son's are married to girls she will torture. the sisters will stick by their mom, and they don't act like they have money. they act like bad mannered people. how they can be making in constuction at this date is beyound me. no one is building now, the housing market is down, way down. no one is working. and if they are, they are bidding low to get the jobs. so they won't be making a profit just breaking even or below. I know this first hand seeing my husband has 2 constuction companys and were both closed down right now and all employees are laid off. no building, no work. and the last job we did do, was for 300.000 and they guy didn't pay us. he filed bankruptsy. so we lost out on a job. and that wasn't the only one that did that to us. I don't care how much money you have, if there is no work your not going to have that money for long. I think they are playing up to the camras and are not working and making money, or if they are, they are charging everything. and if the men look like they are working, they are just going to the office to see about the work they might have and who's going to bid on it. then when they do build it, they may not get their money for it. You have to hire out someone to come in and level the ground and smoth it out and grade it so the street paving can begin. but before that they have to hire a cement co. to come in and lay sidewalks and then the pavers come in behind the cement guys and do thier job. then the building starts. but the sub or house has to be hooked up to a sewer and lots of excavation goes on. there;s a lot to it. you just don't go and build a house unless the sub. is already developed and all you have to do is buy the lot and build. but because there is no building, no cement workers, no excavation, no sewers, no paving of subs. and so on. then you have to think about landscaping, does anyone know a landscaper who is busy right now? the forclorsures are everywhere. behind my house, they built a monster home. it sat empty and half done for over 2 years till someone bought it for a lower price and had to finish it themselves. and who knows how long they will make it. Maybe they filmed the New Jersey housewives before the big downfall. who knows. but I do know constuction. and if they are making money, they are the only ones doing so. where do they find these people? Maybe we should write Bravo and have them come to our homes and make a show about us! what we do, where we go, who we know, how much our rings are worth. carry our dogs in little baskets. go try on shoes. speaking of cloths, while simon and alex are renovating their home, did you happen to notice the room where they all were sleeping? did you see alex's cloths hanging there and her shoes? and Simon's as well? they didn't have that many cloths as I thought there'd be. I wonder if they go out and buy expensive cloths and wear them out for a gala then return the cloths a few days later? I know in higher end stores, you have a 90 day return with reciet. and alex didn't have that many pairs of shoes either. I have a friend that goes out and buys expensive tops and 400 dollar jeans wears them for a month or two and keeps the tags and reciets and then returns them unwashed and put back on the rack. I would never do that, but so many women do. I wonder if alex does that too. she said she couldn't wear the dress but once out, cause everyone has seen it and you can't wear it twice. I also found it funny when ALex and Simon go to events, they stand where the pictures are done waiting for their picture to be taken and if no one is paying attention to them, Simon asks to have there picture taken. I find that to be so funny. I don't mind Simon and ALex that much. they amuse me. but to each their own..........................................

Flysoda, the main reason I like Alex and Simon is their devotion to each other. I think if a couple can be on the same wave length as they are, the couple is so fortunate. I learned long ago how great it is to have SOs on that wave and also works as well with friends. Nothing better... imo. )))))))

ali, I agree with you. there devotion to each other is amazing.I don't mind simon, he's never done anything wrong, or alex, they are just into each other and have a weirdness for being in public eye for some reason. but I find them to be kinda funny and playful, they are like "nerds" come together. they just play a different game is all. they don't fit in with the rest of the group, so what! I like watching them. and Bethanny didn't use Alex's drawing of her for skinny girls. I wished she had, but she found someone better. I'm just wondering what the fight is in the cab with alex and simon and what he's blowing his top over! I guess we'll see next week.

Jilll amazes me. As much as I like her she has no control. She purchased a $16,000 purse for herself from her husband as a birthday present. But first, she did mumble something about the hard economic times, blah, blah, blah.
To top that off her husband gave her some very expensive top of the line SUV, which she didn't like because it didn't have the hookup for her brand of cell phone.
Much more happened than that, but that took the cake for me.

Ok.. so, I was watching The Bonnie Hunt Show this morning. She had Kathy Griffin as a guest. Kathy says, the awards that are on tonight had some serious backstage action, that we won't see. But she said it was from the howives. Bonnie said "Who?" Kathy said "All 3 cities". She said Bethenny and Kelly still aren't speaking.
Kathy and Bonnie both agree that their Faves are the NYC wives. They're my faves too and I didn't think I would like them after seeing the OC wives.
I watched an episode of the Atlanta wives the other day. They seemed boring to me.

That show was pretty funny. I liked how Tori Spelling called Chelsea Handler out speaking badly of her, cool!
As for the howives fashion show, most of them should have hired a stylist. I liked Gretchen's outfit the best.

Tori won an award for her book, Stori Telling. That's when she called out Chelsea. But then Chelsea got the 'funny' award and she rebutted and said, "It's really not nice to say bad things about Tori, even if they are true." And, "I shouldn't say she looks like a man, but she does."
Oh and when she took the stage, she said, "Sorry if I look fat, but I just ate Tori Spelling."
Tori is really thin right now, but she looks good. Since I read her book, I like her more than ever. And she is very funny and pretty normal, considering her strange childhood.

And then Kelly the I think I am more beautiful than you who think she is a rock star how she runs in the middle of traffic and the taxi is following her slowly. They all have a lot to be desired. And for sure I am not going to watch the Wives's of New Jersey they are try to be like the sopranos

Tori's book, sTori Telling is really good and she gives an honest answer as to how her and Dean came about. She married her first husband becuz it was all about the wedding, not out of love. Pretty much she thought she was making a mistake before she did it, then got too far along with planning and went ahead with it.

No Alibar, you are perfectly right. I learned this lesson from a thin friend a long time ago and she learned it from her mother.
There is a happy medium, too much material can make you look bigger, but skin tight makes you look bigger and really bad.

Several of these owls were shown on last night's show and aren't at all impressive, IMO. I would not wear one. They look like they are made from plastic and are tacky. I'm sure that design is not orginal as I've seen it years ago... not so sure I don't have something similar in a batch of jewelry bought from Ebay years ago, most of which I've never worn. The owl idea is used in jewelry often, but, isn't nearly as popular as it used to me. Frogs were popular after owls, then turtles. I'm sure all three are often used in jewelry designs.
Do I like Kelly? No. Saw a clip several days ago where it sounds like Bethenny and Kelly tangle again. I'm presuming it's in the finale. I didn't watch your link, FM, so can't thank you for now. LOL

Yeah, the ball busting thins was funny, but I thought she should just tell him she was a smartazz.....maybe it's the same thing. He was very handsome and seemed almost normal. (I'll get back to you on his name, Philip, I don't know).

Honest,, last week's show was so uneventful, you didn't miss much.
Simon and Alexes house was redecorated and it looks like a bordello, red and black. They absolutely love it, me not so much.
Bethenny and kelly were forced to work on a charity headed by Jill. So at the start of the charity meeting they had a sit down, arranged by do-gooder Jill. She thought they would make nice and everything would come up smelling like roses. WRONG, they just agreed to not be friends eventho they had to work together....it was dumb.
BUt, tonight looked really good in the previews and I 'think' Jill gets made at Bethenny, which I never thought would happen.
Oh and this goes back a couple weeks, but did you see when Kelly threw the costume party and was like 2 hours late to her own party? Everyone left before she even got there......lol

I so agree with you about Rameana, she's a real trouble maker.
When Bethenny explained to Jill that the liguor distributor displayed the sings, it made perfect sense. It was all a big blowout over nothing. And, what terrible timing it was. You know all the party goers saw the big cat fight. Just shows ya, money can't buy class....:doh:

I guess fund raisers is what rich people do but I was surprised they only raised $140,000. If they all would have donated the money they spent on their dresses, the $20,000 from the liquor company and all the other donations they probably would have made that or more. Then they could have just stayed home. :francis::tongue:
Jill upset me last night. Not only what she did to Bethanny and her sponsers, but I heard her say that the night was about her. Thought it was about the charity? Jill could have donated the $16,000 she spent on that purse. :smile:

For awhile, thought the auction was going to turn out like the one in the Atlanta housewives. Glad they finally cut loose. Over the years when people have mentioned why rich people don't just donate, rather than have fancy balls or auctions... then they wouldn't have the fun associated with having a big fancy party, wearing gorgeous clothing, etc.... Staying home is what is done instead. It wouldn't raise the money because the payoff wouldn't serve the way being out and mingling with friends would. I don't believe in penalizing rich people for being rich. But, even if I were rich, I wouldn't spend 16,000 for a handbag. :0t31:

what gets me is jill. the BBC comes to her house to see what people in the upper classes feel the economy. She was so braisen about her apartment and saying she's never known anything else. and the interviewer asked her, It's hard to see the economy from your house, it's lovely and richly done and looks like the economy hasn't touched you. and she says, well it has. I'm having a benefit and the tickets are going for 250 to 350 and thats small scale, the bigger events for for 2500 a person. but that's high end. we are having a hard time in this economy with trying to sell our tickets. people just aren't buying like they used too. omg, she doesn't have a clue about the economy. did you see their faces when she answered there questions? it was like DUH...........this woman doesn't live in our world. 250 or 350 is a lot of money for some people and she's whinning about her benefit and then saying she help build a school in africa for 50,000. Jill, you should have sent them food or stuff for housing. they like to put on their benefits to give them something to do. then brag about it. she says don't spend what you don't have. put alittle aside and save it so you'll always have money. well jill, some people live paycheck to paycheck and have nothing left to save. she's so ignorant.

But, Flysoda, it's true Jill has never known another way of life. I don't think it was brazen of her to say that. She wasn't bragging, but, stating a truth as she knew it. Had she acted any other way, she would have been deceitful and posturing.
I thought the news team interviewing her was a mistake because only a teensy number of our population live as Jill does, but, it wasn't Jill's fault they interviewed her. To me, it's typical of news people to want an extreme, rather than run-of-the-mill and Jill's way of life is definitely the extreme. I just don't think it's the fault of people like Jill that some people live paycheck to paycheck. So many reasons.. )))))))

Just becuz you have money to burn on a $16,000 purse doesn't mean you should. Even if you lived with a silver spoon up your azz since birth, when people are losing jobs, life savings, cars and houses; you need to think about where your money goes.
$16,000 could house and feed many homeless people right there in NY, not in Africa.

I think if Simon and Alex wrote a book about how they met and that it was only ment to be a one night stand, and look what turned out, it would go over good. I'd buy it. but not a baby book. their children are spoiled and have bad manners and don't mind. and they let them get away with it. if my kid pulled on a piece of fabric till it was all over the floor they would get it so bad. when shopping for stuff like that, they should have gotten a baby sitter so they are paying more attention to what they are buying instead of where their kids are. I get a big kick out of Simon and Alex myself. simon and romana dancing about had me wetting my undies. and they way they take pictures at events, u almost have to drag them away from the camras. And the make over of thier home is dramatic. It does kinda look like a bordello. but I liked the kitchen. and kelly was the first to arrive, she looked uncomfortable. she needs people around her or she doesn't know what to say. she has no conversations skills what so ever. and her costume party? what was that she wore? she looked like a cocktail server in vegas. she should have put her hair back in a pony tail, and wear a pair of donkey ears and that would have looked great! she's such an ass anyways. and she lost max......................I'm crying. he probably tried to have a conversation with her and found out no one is home but kelly.

Kelly says she is a free lance writer, I'd love to read one of ther articles. I can't imagine her being very good at that.
One thing is for sure, she should never try to discuss anything with Bethenny again, she just can't comprehend her own actions, or communicate in person; Bethenny made her look crazy both times.
Simon and Alex should get in touch with Nanny 911 instead of trying to write that book about parenting. Oh, I guess that wouldn't generate any income.

Honestly, I can't see any of these wives being able to sustain one episode of 'Trading Spouses,' they are all to self centered and spoiled. But, when I think about it, the husbands would fair much better on a trade show. For some reason, they don't seem nearly as spoiled as the wives. Probably only because they don't get as much screen times as the wives, except for Simon.

F~M, there was so much yelling back and forth at each other, it was hard to keep up. I'm sure tonight will be more of the same. The facilitator eggs them on as I'm sure is his job. How they can consider themselves friends is beyond me. It's a continual case of back-stabbing by most of them. Alex seems to be above it all, which is admirable.

I forced my hubby to watch the reunion shows with me. He said it was painful for him to watch that bickering and yelling. I must say, it was bad.
Alex didn't stoop to the level of the others, she seemed out of place.
Kelly is in outer space, her memory is very selective (in her favor only).
Ramona got really short when LuAnne mentioned viewers remarking about Ramona's crazy eyes. Know what I think? Eye surgery gone bad. Noone has eyes that wide open naturally. The doctor took too much eyelid skin, that's it.:yes2:
Bethenny came out good, she has some great lines and is such a smartazz.
Jill held her own and most ppl like her regardless.
LuAnne came out well too and after all the bourahrah, the countess thing made the show funnier.
I'd watch another season, but if Kelly was left out, that would be fine too.

I watched tonight and thought I'm glad I never knew a Ramona. That woman is not right! And to have such a handsome husband.. And for 16 years! He must have nerves of steel.
And when she walked down the runway her her eyes bugged out I just died laughing! And with that dress it reminded me of something from Batman.
Jill~She deserves to have no friends at all. She has been so mean to Bethany. I know on the talk show she and her Mom were on, she talked like things change later on , or after the season was over. After last week's show, and then watching this week, I just can't stand Jill. Jill was one of my faves last season. She was heartless not to accept Bethenny's tear filled apology. And not only did she not accept it, but she treated her so ugly while Bethenny was pouring her heart out to her.
Ramona.. she is absolutely the most classless one with all of the Bravo women combined. It's like she tries to stir stuff up, and does it in such mean girl ways. I don't think it's a matter of Ramona just being the type that says what she thinks. I think Ramona says what she thinks, and does it trying to hurt people.
And it looks like we got a new one! I dont even remember her name. Louann's socialite friend. I'm guessing Bethenny will drop from the show, since she's getting her own show and they'll bring this woman in to take her place.
Alex is the nicest one of all of the NY women. And Simon.. Nana.. if he's not gay, he's missing a good chance. ;)

I'm with you about LuAnn sponging a bit...I just didn't get the sleepover she and Jill had...seemed a bit strange to me.
Ramona is completely nuts...I seriously think this woman is bi-polar....someone please get her appropriate medical attention and medication.

Bethenny is reaping the rewards of her own sharp tongue....that said, I do take her side in the rift with Jill.
Kelly is a shameless flirt who seems to only be satisfied if a man...any man...is giving her attention. The epi where she was being interviewed and was flirting with the interviewer was way too uncomfortable...
Don't know about Sonia yet but she seems like a cross between LuAnn and Kelly....time will tell. It's nice to have a fresh face among the bitter cats.
As odd as it sounds, Alex and Simon seem to be the most stable and like-able this season...I hated them the most last season...go figure.
I must say...the epi I looked forward to the most so far this season was Ramona's 'walk' - it did not disappoint...it was truly bizarre! And as spiteful and bitter as Jill is this season, her description of Ramona's walk was dead on...still lol at that one!

And Kelly with the interview, my gosh, she acted so silly. I didn't think he was even handsome, either. You would think she would have her choice of men but she acted like she was never asked out. Actually, she really pushed him to say he wanted to take her on a date. Or was going to call it a date. Then turning around and around like she was lost. I was amazed and I don't think she is that good of an actress. I think that was for real. She was sure right about her shoulders. I would not have modeled that dress, she should have insisted on a different one.

It's been said that Ramona is a closet drinker. I'm not sure if that's true, but it would take that or being bipolar to explain her actions. Her 'walk'...priceless!
Bethanny was right Jill does keep score, but this time I think she played the game wrong and she actually lost. She's been hawking her book on every tv show that will have her, her sister and mother.
I've always liked Alex and Simon the best, they seem to know what they are and don't hide anything and I like that.
