Help requested in finding missing Birmingham child

The Birmingham Police Department would like your help in locating a missing child.
Mariah Sparks,12, of 4412 12th Court Wylam, was last seen Sunday, March 1, 2009, about 1:20 a.m.
Mariah is described as a black female, 5 feet tall, 125 pounds, brown eyes, black hair and a medium complexion.
Mariah was wearing black pants, a black shirt, a pink and white jacket and purple shoes.
If there is anyone who has information pertaining to the whereabouts of Mariah Sparks, you are encouraged to contact the BPD. Family Services Unit at 205-254-0800.

I'm glad you found this, Sarah. I've looked for her since yesterday...everywhere except channel 13.

Mariah has been missing almost a week now, that's a long time for a 12 year old to be "out there" on her own. I just hope that a family friend or school friend has taken her in, wrong to think that I know but far better than the alternatives:(

Birmingham Police need your help tracking down a young girl. 12 year old Mariah Sparks was last seen Sunday just before 1:30 a.m.
The girl, who lives at 4412 Court Wylam, was wearing black pants, a black shirt, pink and white jacket and purple shoes.
If you have any information regarding her whereabouts, contact the B.P.D. Family Services Unit at 254-0800.
