This doesn't really surprise me at all. Our healthcare is not as good as it should be or could be. IMO

France has state-funded Universal Health Care for all citizens. And, no waiting in line for services.

You know, if the government even TRIED to be effective and efficient it would send someone to France to study their system and return with a blueprint to install Universal Health Care in this country.
