Deputies Need Your Help Finding Missing Person

SPARTANBURG, SC (March 30, 2009) – Deputies from the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office are looking for Paul Stephen Tavey. Mr. Tavey is described as a white male, 6’05”, 180 lbs., Brown hair, Brown eyes, mustache with below shoulder length hair. His right ear is pierced. Mr. Tavey is missing from 1000 Tralee Drive, Apt. 44, Duncan, South Carolina. He was last heard from around 3:00 PM on March 27, 2009.

Mr. Tavey has been problems with his prescription medications and has been suffering from “black outs”. Mr. Tavey’s vehicle was parked in the parking lot of his apartment building. Mr. Tavey’s apartment was found in disarray and there has been no recent activity on his ATM or credit cards. Friends and relatives have not heard from Mr. Tavey since March 27, 2009. If you have seen Paul Stephen Tavey or have information as to his whereabouts you are asked to call 911 or the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office at 864.503.4500.

Deputies have located a 43-year-old Duncan man who was reported missing.

Authorities with the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office say Paul Stephen Tavey, of 1000 Tralee Drive, Apt. 44, has been located.
