HAYWARD — A 30-year-old woman has not been seen since Monday night, and friends and relatives have told police they fear foul play may be involved in her disappearance.
Erica Walton was last seen at her home on the 26000 block of Whitman Street near Harder Road around 11:30 p.m., police said.
She has never gone missing before, and has no history of mental health problems and no criminal history, according to police. She left without her car, and it does not appear that any items had been packed, nor were there any other indications that she planned to go somewhere.
Walton is single and grew up in the Hayward area, police said. She is currently unemployed, and is described as white, 5-foot-7, about 185 pounds, with short, brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information about Walton's whereabouts is asked to call police Inspector Bob Coffey at 510-293-7034.
