Alert issued to find 84-year-old Winter Garden woman

Authorities issued a Silver Alert for Frances Bailey, who was last seen at her home on Royal Oak Avenue at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Winter Garden Police said in a news release.
Silver Alerts are notifications that allow law-enforcement agencies to quickly share information with each other and the media when they are concerned about the safety of certain missing elderly people.
Foul play is not suspected with Bailey's disappearance.
"Her tan 1996 Toyota Camry (Tag# M96 5QW) is missing along with clothes, some medication and her dog. It is believed that she left her residence on her own accord and may be headed to North Carolina, the news release says.
However, records show one of her credit cards was used at 1 p.m. today at a gas station in Cocoa. Anyone with information is asked to call Sgt. Keith Ralston 407-656-3636, ext: 4007.
