Man, 22, Reported Missing

Daniel E. Batts, Jr., 22, of 10640 West Andrew Johnson Highway, Mosheim, was reported to the Greene County Sheriff's Department as missing on Wednesday.
A report filed by Deputy Sheriff Kevin Guinn said Batts' mother, Denise Batts, reported him missing about 11:20 a.m. Wednesday.
Batts, according to the report, was last seen at the Hyperion Grill on the East Andrew Johnson Highway in Greeneville about 11:30 p.m. on Monday.
At that time, he was wearing a black baseball cap that had red flames on its front, a black Carhartt hooded jacket, blue jeans and cowboy boots, the report said.
Batts is described as six-feet-tall and 185 pounds with a fair complexion, a chipped front tooth and a scar on his stomach.
Anyone who may know Batts' whereabouts is asked to call the Greene County Sheriff's Department at 798-1800.
