Pastor Clifford Lane Lawless’, 77 church is only about 100 yards away from the Orchard Estates Mobile Home Park (http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&q=orchard%20park%20mobile%20home%20tracy%20ca&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wl).
According to Tracy Press (http://www.tracypress.com/), Lawless has been pastor of the church since 1981 and has lived in the mobile home park with his wife since the mid-1990s.
Lawless is the fourth name to have come up in the investigation regarding Sandra.

Frank Woehler (http://www.examiner.com/x-1168-Crime-Examiner%7Ey2009m4d4-Search-intensifies-for-8yearold-Northern-California-girl-Sandra-Cantu), 60, lives in the park behind Sandra’s home and was served search warrants by police. Woehler said he kissed Sandra on the lips two years ago just to be nice, when she was only 6-years-old.

Christian Sinclair, 49, was arrested last week for obstructing the police investigation and has been described in court records as alcoholic and abusive.

A friend of Sinclair, David Slayter (http://www.examiner.com/x-1168-Crime-Examiner%7Ey2009m4d4-Video-44yearold-bachelor-admits-missing-girl-Sandra-Cantu-had-been-inside-his-home), 44, whose home and cars were searched, was questioned by police last week. Slayter admitted Sandra had been in his home several times.
