OJ Simpson's bail has reportedly been revoked ... and he's heading back to jail!

FOX News reporter Adam Housley is reporting that the Juice is set to fly to Vegas from Florida today, and will arrive in the early evening. According to Housley, the bondsman actually revoked the bail, which he legally can do, because he learned that the Clark County D.A. has filed a motion to revoke O.J.'s bail. As to why, we don't know yet, but it appears to be related to some sort of phone message. Someone stole my s**t!

You Ring We Spring Bail Bonds -- O.J.'s bondsman -- had no comment.

UPDATE: A court official confirms Simpson will be brought before a judge next week on allegations that he violated terms of his bail.

Bail May be Revoked Because of Some Sort of Phone Message!

We got the tip late yesterday afternoon, that OJ Simpson’s bail was being revoked and he would be heading back to ‘Sin City’ on Friday afternoon. Throughout Thursday night and into Friday morning we held the information and waited for OJ to get picked up in Florida.

At 1:15pm or so Friday afternoon the call came and within seconds the entire LA office, bosses included, were on the phone to every contact we know in Las Vegas and about this case. E.D.’s show in New York was notified and we were on the air about 10 minutes later when we got a second confirmation from the court spokesman.

Here’s what we know. The District Attorney’s Office in Las Vegas is currently meeting with the judge in this case Jackie Glass. The D.A. has filed a motion in Clark County Court asking that O.J.’s bail be revoked. The hearing is set for this coming Wednesday.

O.J. is currently arriving at the Miami International Airport in the custody of his bail bondsman of You Ring We Spring Bail Bonds, or so I am told.

A close friend of O.J. says the former football star is “crushed” and was “really strict and abiding by the rules of the bail.” This close friend of O.J. also says that Simpson “even avoided Christmas party’s where people involved in this case might have been.”

We are told the bail may be revoked because of some sort of phone message.

O.J. Simpson Accused of Violating Bail, Returns to Jail

Prosecutors allege that Simpson, identifying himself as "Miguel," telephoned Clarence "C.J." Stewart on Nov. 16 and expressed frustration with Stewart's testimony at a preliminary hearing, court spokesman Michael Sommermeyer said.

That was two days after a Las Vegas justice of the peace ruled that Simpson, Stewart and another co-defendant should stand trial on 12 charges, including kidnapping and robbery.

Clark County District Attorney David Roger was filing a motion Friday to revoke Simpson's bail, according to a court clerk.

Simpson was to go before a judge Wednesday.

What a moron!

O.J. Has Landed!

The Juice is loose on his way to a Vegas jail!

O.J. Simpson has just landed in Las Vegas after taking off -- with his bail bondsman -- to answer to allegations he violated the terms of his bail by attempting to contact one of his co-defendants.

He'll be held in the Clark County Jail til his bail revocation hearing on Wednesday.

A Las Vegas, Nev. judge revoked O.J. Simpson’s bail pending a court hearing on the D.A.'s motion alleging that Simpson asked his bail bondsman to contact co-defendant Clarence Stewart in the case.

On September 19, 2007, Simpson promised the judge that he would have no contact with any victims, witnesses, or co-defendants in the criminal case against him.

According to the D.A.'s voice mail transcript of a taped conversation between Simpson and his bail bondsman, however, Simpson is accused of violating the judge's order by directing him to tell Stewart:

"Hey Miguel, It’s me ________ I just want, want CJ to know that the whole thing all the time he was tellin’ me that sh**, ya know, I hope he was telling me the truth don’t be trying to change the mother f****** sh** now, mother f****** a** h****. I’m tired of this sh**. Fed up with mother f****** changing what they told me. Alright ______?"

OJ just thinks he's above the law!

Where the hell does he come off calling the bondsman and give him a message like that? He deserves to have his bail revoked. He was lucky enough to leave Nevada to go home to Florida and then he pulls this.

He will get his just desserts!

OJ's lawyer is saying investigators are allowed to contact witnesses which they are allowed to do. OJ's lawyer says the bail bondsman is doing some investigation work for OJ.

That excuse should really piss the judge off. LOL

Which bails bondsman did he contact to do investigations? Not his own as they were the ones that revolked the bail not the prosecutors.

OJ's lawyer is saying the bails bondsman that put up OJ's bail was doing some investigations.

Investigators can contact witnesses. That was or is the loop hole they want to go through.

It won't work. imo The bail bondsman is NOT an investigator.

The judge revoked the bail at the request of the DA.

Evidently he also violated his bail by going to the Bahamas. IMO

One of the news stations (sorry can't remember which) added he must also post at least 15% to bond out.

Big deal.

Didn't he look terrible in court? His attorney (from the article link above) said he may remain in jail for 3 days while the bail is raised.

No sympathy from me. They can have him. It won't be long before he screws up again, after all, he's the untouchable simpson.

I was listening to Star Jones this afternoon (yes, she was interviewing his attorney) and the atty said the Bondsman lied about everything. Then the atty said the Bondsman held his so called info for a month or so before turning O.J. in. He said though O.J had not violated conditions of his bail, that a Bondsman has no right to turn in the very person he have bonded unless the person skips bail.

O.J. has to put up 15% cash before they will let him out, the judge has to be shown proof that its been done before he is released and the attorney said they are contacting friends to see if they will assist with the cash or see if they can get another bondsman to assist. He already has a lien on his home so they can't use that.

I think he needs to stay in jail if nothing else for his arrogance. Plus it will keep him away from phones. JMO

:D Yeah. Do you suppose OJ was being billed for that bit of public relations work? LOL

The judge didn't seem to fall for that little spin.

I hope he bonds out. It's entertaining.

Wait, wait, wait! If he DID go to the Bahamas, then that has nothing to do with his bondsman and it's still a violation of his bail. His atty is talking complete crap cuz he has no other choice.

Did you read the language in that message? O.J. has a filthy mouth! Did he kiss his mother with that mouth?

Besides, if it's on tape, once again it just proves HE said it and nobody else did. it's clearly an attempt to contact or otherwise get a message to... The man makes me sick. :lex_10:

I watched him on the news last night. When that judge gave him that tongue lashing, he had the nerve to roll his eyes.

Kudos to that judge for saying what she did. :zm10:

LAS VEGAS - An angry judge doubled O.J. Simpson's bail to $250,000 on Wednesday for violating terms of his original bail by attempting to contact a co-defendant in the armed robbery case against him.

Simpson, clad in jail attire, grimaced as the amount was announced and meekly acknowledged that he understood.

"I don't know Mr. Simpson what the heck you were thinking — or maybe that's the problem — you weren't," District Judge Jackie Glass told Simpson during the hearing.

"I don't know if it's just arrogance. I don't know if it's ignorance. But you've been locked up at the Clark County Detention Center since Friday because of arrogance or ignorance — or both."
