Man Arrested in Death of Stepha Henry

LE have charged Kendrick Williams with second degree murder in the death of Stepha Henry 22. She disappeared while vacationing in Florida last year. She was an honors graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice and had aspirations of becoming a lawyer.
