71-Year-Old Man Missing After Wandering From Medical Facility
Missing Adult Alert Issued For Cleveland Man

A missing person alert has been issued for a 71-year-old man who hasn't been seen since leaving a medical facility in Cleveland in a disoriented state early Saturday morning.

Burnell Cole of Cleveland was last seen at 10:15 a.m. at a Dialysis Center. He left the center without being treated. Burnell was confused when he left and needs immediate medical attention or he could be in danger.

Cole is described as a black male, 5 feet 3 inches tall, 100 pounds with salt and pepper hair and brown eyes. He has a dialysis port in his upper right arm.

When last seen, Cole was wearing a brown jacket and coat and khaki pants. Cole is blind in his left eye.

NORTHEAST OHIO — Police are asking for help to find five missing adults.
Cleveland police are also looking for 71-year-old Burnell Cole, who was last seen Saturday morning at a dialysis center. He left without getting treatment. He was disoriented and needs medical attention. He was wearing a brown jacket and khaki pants. He is blind in his left eye.

John Miller, 69, of Cleveland, was last seen April 17, when he left his home to go camping. He has not returned. He may be driving a red Ford F-150. Anyone with information is asked to call Cleveland police, 216-623-5333, or 9-1-1.

Maryanne Brown, 61, of Madison Township in Lake County was last seen Monday walking in the James Place trailer park where she lives. She is bipolar, easily confused and not taking her medication. She walks with a limp. Anyone with information is asked to call Madison Township police, 440-428-2114 or 9-1-1.

A statewide missing adult alert was issued to help Milford police find 49-year-old William Charles "Chuck" Jones.
He was last seen Jan. 31 on Mound Avenue in Milford, wearing black sweat pants and a black jacket. Jones is schizophrenic and bipolar. He has made threats to harm himself. He is 5 feet 8 and 330 pounds. Anyone with information is asked to call Milford police at 513-248-5084 or 9-1-1.

Wickliffe police are asking for help to find 42-year-old Lisa Allen, who is missing from her Empire Road home. Her car, wallet, credit cards, ID and keys were left at the house. A neighbor called police March 18 after seeing Allen's front door open for several days. Family members last saw her March 15, Lt. Pat Hengst said.

Allen is mentally ill and stopped taking her medications in December. Family and police fear she may harm herself, or that she's in danger if she is living on the streets, Hengst said. Anyone with information is asked to call 440-943-1234.
