Missing Person: Anthony Payne

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person identified as 51-year-old Anthony Payne of the 600 block of Morton Street, NW. Reportedly, he was last seen leaving his residence en route to work on the morning of Monday, May 11, 2009.

Anthony Payne is described as a light complexioned black male with a mustache, 5’ 11” to 6’0” tall, weighing approximately 200 – 180 pounds, with brown eyes and is balding with brown hair. It is not known what type of clothing he was wearing. He is in need of medication and may appear to be disoriented.

Anyone with information regarding Anthony Payne’s whereabouts is asked to call police at 202-727-9099.

The Metropolitan Police Department has announced that 51-year-old Anthony Payne, who was reported missing from the 600 block of Morton Street, NW on Monday, May 11, 2009, has been located reportedly unharmed. The department wishes to thank our partners in the media for their assistance in publicizing this case.
