NOW CNN is retracting the story that this was Mary Kate Olsen's apartment.

They reported that he said in a recent interview that since filming the new Batman movie where he plays the joker, that he was having a terrible time sleeping. He is quoted as saying the character was "so demonic that it affected his very soul" and that's why he wasn't sleeping.

I think it was an accidental overdose. Sleeplessness can result in nervousness and anxiety issues, thus the Xanax and Valium. Ambien is for the sleep disorder.

I have conflicting stories about Zoloft.

Zoloft and Xanax or valium is a lethal concoction in itself. Add Ambien to the mix and you have the recipe for an accidental OD.

He was jet lagged ,exhausted, overscheduled, and most likely anxious about promotion of his work and familial responsibilities.

What is "Levaquin?" Is it an antibiotic? I don't remember that drug name when I was in the hospital with pnuemonia.

I've been on 'Xanax" for 14 years now, and it is HELL trying to get off of this horrible drug. I just out of the blue, started suffering from panic attacks just right before I found out I was pregnant.

I despise being on this drug, but I have to say it has saved my life. I could tell in interviews with Heath Leger, that he was very shy and uncomfortable talking with whomever interviewed him, and I also saw the 'signs' of his nervous habits.

I wrote about this on Court Tv. Pnuemonia is not something to mess around with. PLEASE......if you have a hacking cough or spit up blood, PLEASE ask your doctor for a chest x-ray. You could be walking around with pnuemonia and not know about it, which can be dangerous and sometimes deadly. Also, PLEASE let whomever treats your condition, whether it's the ER doc, or your personal physician, a list of ALL of your meds that you are on.

Normal people can have an event, if dehydrated and taking a drug that causes this. But most people who die of long QT have a TENDENCY, and when a drug mix is taken (like Daniel Smith= Zoloft + methadone) this adds to the genetic tendency.

This is why people should not mix drugs, and especially in the recreational area...they have no clue as to what may happen. Overdose is not the only thing that kills, in other words. Methadone is being diverted alot these days, enough so that the FDA has taken the 40mg dose off the market. If Heath did that, methadone + zoloft+ levaquin, and was dehydrated, well....

The radical Baptist church known for picketing the funerals of American soldiers who lost their lives in Iraq has announced that they intend to protest Heath Ledger’s stateside memorial service because he played a gay character in “Brokeback Mountain.”

“You cannot live in defiance of God. He (Ledger) got on that big screen with a big, fat message: God is a liar and it's OK to be gay,” said Shirley Phelps in a statement sent out by the Topeka, Kan.-based Westboro Baptist Church.

The only compelling reason to ignore Westboro Baptist’s reprehensible intentions is that highlighting the vast inappropriateness of their thoughts and actions only brings the church more publicity. However, if the members of Westboro Baptist get to speak their minds, every individual who feels that this is an affront to most basic standards of human ethics should be able to as well.

There is supposedly going to be a viewing later on today and they had their cameras and mikes set up so they could interview the family and friends as they came to the funeral home.

I truly hate westboro baptist cult. They're the pigs that protest our soldiers' funerals and they tried to protest the amish kids' funerals, but some arrangement was made with a radio station IIRC for them to spout hate for an hour or so instead. They make my skin crawl. I can't wait for them to die and burn in a fiery pit... boy will they be shocked. I don't hate many people... especially strangers, but I hate this family, the Phelpses.

Well, the funeral is in NY right? Will he be buried in NY? Maybe so his daughter can visit him, or is he going to Australia, either way, If anything happens in Australia I would just not let them in the country since they aren't there for any good reason.

I hope you are right for the family's sake. Either way, this group will cause as much trouble as possible but funerals are something that should be as private as the family wishes and should never be turned into a political hate rally no matter who it is.

I would not say that I hate them - I reserve that for very few people. But they are truly disgusting and certainly do not represent the large majority of Christian's - nor do they represent or reflect Christ. Their actions and deeds are reprehensible.
