LCSO Searching for Missing and Endangered Person

LCSO News Release:

Leon County Sheriff’s Deputies are requesting assistance in locating Sandra Jo Gerrell, 51yoa. Gerrell was last seen yesterday by her husband at their residence, located at 10750 Kilcrease Way, at approximately 2:20PM. At 10:00PM, Gerrell was reported missing by her husband and a search of the immediate area was conducted by a Sheriff’s Office K-9 team, with negative results. Gerrell’s required medication was left at the residence and Sheriff’s Detectives are concerned for her welfare. Gerrell is considered missing and endangered. Any person having contact with Gerrell is asked to contact the Leon County Sheriff’s Office at (850) 922-3300.

The Leon County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public's help in locating Sandra Jo Gerrell, 51. Gerrell was last seen yesterday at about 2:20 p.m. by her husband at their residence in the 10000 block of Kilcrease Way.

Gerrell was reported missing by her husband at 10 p.m., and a search of the immediate area was conducted by an LCSO K-9 team.

Gerrell left her required medication at her residence, and LCSO detectives are concerned for her welfare.

Gerrell is considered missing and endangered.

She is described as a white female 5-feet-6-inches tall and weighing 120 pounds. She has brown hair, green eyes and was last seen wearing rust-colored shorts, a cream-colored tank top and sandals.

Update: Missing Woodville woman found unharmed

Update 3:10 p.m.

Sandra Jo Gerrell, 51, of Woodville, has been located by Leon County Sheriff's Office.

She was coherent and not injured, according to the Sheriff's Office.

Deputies conducted a major search near her residence on Kilcrease Way on Monday.

Gerrell was last seen Sunday at about 2:20 p.m. by her husband at their residence in the 10000 block of Kilcrease Way.
