Testimony Underway In Marquis Bullock's Murder Trial

TULSA, OK -- A jury has now been seated in Marquis Bullock's murder trial. Bullock is charged with first degree murder in the death of 13-year-old Cori Baker in 2007.
Both the state and defense have presented their opening statements in the trial.

So far, prosecutors have called two witnessess.
The first witness was the owner of the paintball gaming business in Creek County where authorities found the body of Baker several months after she disappeared.
He testified seeing Bullock play at his facility three weeks before Cori Baker disappeared.
The state's second witness was a teacher. She talked about a phone call Cori got the day before she disappeared. Cori told her it was Marquis Bullock.
Bullock's attorney was trying to get a change of venue since Baker's remains were not found in Tulsa County, but the judge in the case denied that motion late Wednesday.
Bullock's trial is taking place in a Tulsa County District courtroom.
