Police seek missing teen boy

INDEPENDENCE - Police are seeking the public's help in finding a teenage boy who has been missing for more than a week.



Brian Spencer, 16, of Independence didn't come home after school on Tuesday, Sept. 22, according to an alert issued Saturday by the Independence Police Department.
He is a student at Simon Kenton High School in Independence. He has an eye condition that requires eyedrops, and his mother told police he does not have the medication with him.

He is described as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs approximately 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red and white polo shirt and long, dark shorts.

Police are asking for help to find an Independence teen who has been missing since Tuesday.

According to police, 16-year-old Bryan Spencer never came home from class at Simon Kenton High School on September 22, and has been missing ever since.

Bryan is described as a 5'9", 170 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red and white polo and long dark shorts.

Family members say Bryan has recently undergone three eye surgeries and needs eye drops twice a day, but he doesn't have his medication with him.

INDEPENDENCE, Ky. -- Independence police are no longer looking for a teenager who has not been heard from since last week.

Police said Brian Spencer, 16, was last seen Tuesday on his way to Simon Kenton High School.

Spencer's family said the teen recently had eye surgery and does not have needed medication with him.

Spencer was found after he showed up at a relative's home in Newport and is reported to be OK.
