Carmel Police Search For Missing Woman
62-Year-Old Woman Last Seen Friday

CARMEL, Ind. -- Carmel police are searching Thursday for a woman who was last seen nearly a week ago.

Susan Richter, 62, lives in the 700 block of Lakeland Court and has been missing since Friday, police said.

She was described by police as white with brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a light pink jacket and walking west from her home.

A Silver Alert had not been issued Thursday morning.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call Detective Michael Pitman at 317-571-2500.

CARMEL, Ind. -- A Carmel woman reported missing more than a week ago has returned home, police said.

Susan Richter, 62, had last been seen on Oct. 2. Lt. Jeff Horner said she returned home on Monday, but did not elaborate on the circumstances.

A Silver Alert was never issued in the case
