Sheriff’s Office seeks missing, endangered Crystal River man

CRYSTAL RIVER - Citrus County Sheriff's Office deputies are searching for a 51-year-old Crystal River man who was last seen on foot at the Crystal River Health and Rehabilitation Center on N.E. 12th Avenue.

Kevin Worrall has multiple health issues that put him at risk. He was last seen on Sunday and may be wearing a blue T-shirt and blue jeans.

Worrall is a white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 152 pounds. The missing and endangered man has gray hair and blue eyes.

A local BOLO (be on the lookout) has been issued for Worrall, and his information has been entered into the national database for missing persons.

Anyone who has seen Kevin Worrall or may have knowledge of his whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.

Sheriff’s Office continues search for missing, endangered Crystal River man

Citrus County Sheriff's Office deputies are still trying to locate a 51-year-old missing Crystal River man to check on his well-being.

The CCSO says early Sunday morning, on Oct. 11, Kevin Worrall was present and ambulatory at the Crystal River Health and Rehabilitation Center on N.E. 12th Avenue.

The Sheriff’s Office has since learned that Worrall had a taxi drop him off that same day at the Kmart in Inverness.

The missing man has multiple health issues that put him at risk. When he was last seen, he was reportedly wearing a blue T-shirt and blue jeans. Family members have neither seen Worrall nor heard from him.

Kevin Worrall is a white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 152 pounds. The missing and endangered man has gray hair and blue eyes.

Missing, endangered man located in Inverness

INVERNESS - Deputies located 51-year-old Kevin Worrall today, just after noon, at his father’s home in Inverness.

Worrall was found to be safe, but had been listed as missing and endangered since Sunday, Oct. 11, when he was last seen at the Crystal River Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Worrall told deputies he had left the center unexpectedly in order to move in recently with his father.

Worrall’s name and information have been removed from the national database for missing persons.

My Daddy lived in Crystal River for several years before he died in 2001. Nice little town. I am glad this man is safe.
