IRVING — Police appealed for help Tuesday morning to locate an Irving woman suffering from dementia who has been missing since Monday.

Authorities released a photograph of Olga Iribarren, 45, who was last seen by relatives about 8:30 a.m. Monday at her home in the 1100 block of Esters Road. When relatives checked on her about 6 p.m. Monday, Iribarren was gone, police said.

Police and relatives believe Iribarren could be disoriented. She has been diagnosed with dementia and is taking multiple medications, police said.

Iribarren has relatives in Dallas and friends in Fort Worth, so she could be attempting to travel to those locations, police said. She has no vehicle and would be walking or seeking other transportation, police said.

Police described her as about 4-foot-9, weighing about 85 pounds with short reddish-brown hair. She was last seen wearing khaki shorts and a pink shirt, but she may have a change of clothes with her, police said. She now may be wearing black pants.

Anyone with information should call Irving police at 972-721-2518 or any local law enforcement agency.
