Raleigh police are desperately searching for Jonathan Mosher, 18. According to police, Mosher is known to have cognitive impairments and to take daily medication. He was last seen shortly after midnight at his Kingston Heathway residence by family members. Police don't suspect foul play in his disappearance so the department issued a silver alert.

Mosher stands approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs about 110 pounds. He has brown hair and green eyes.

Anyone who believes they may know Mosher’s present whereabouts or who thinks they may have seen him since approximately 1 a.m. today is asked to call the Raleigh Police Department’s Detective Division at (919) 996-3555.

Silver Alert issued for Raleigh teen

Raleigh, N.C. — The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing 18-year-old from Raleigh.
Jonathan William Mosher is believed to be suffering from a cognitive impairment. Raleigh police said he takes daily medication that he is believed to not have with him.
Mosher was last seen at his Kingston Heath Way residence by family members shortly after midnight Wednesday.
Mosher is described as a white man, 5-foot-3, and about 110 pounds. He has medium-length brown hair and green eyes.
Mosher is possibly wearing khaki shorts, a dark blue hoodie and a University of North Carolina baseball cap.
No foul play is known to be involved in his disappearance, police said.
