WAYNOKA — Authorities are seeking the public's help in locating a 15-year-old girl missing since Monday.

Kirsten Brune was last seen at her home 11 p.m. Monday, according to a news release. She is described as 5 feet tall, weighing 100 pounds with blue eyes and blond hair with dark red tips. Kirsten was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt that says "Waynoka" and black tennis shoes.

She was believed traveling toward the Tulsa area with 22-year-old Jeffrey Ray Roundtree a 6-1, 185-pound man with brown eyes, according to the release. Roundtree's vehicle is a white 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix GT two-door coupe with orange flaming skull stickers. The car's license plate number is LHU-302.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Waynoka Police Department at (580) 824-2261 or Woods County emergency dispatchers at (580) 327-6991.

Search launched for missing Waynoka teen

WAYNOKA, Okla. (AP) - Authorities are searching for a missing 15-year-old Waynoka girl who disappeared Monday.

Waynoka police say Kirsten Brune recently had been in contact with a 22-year-old Jeffrey Ray Roundtree of Waynoka.

Authorities believe the pair may be headed to the Tulsa area, but Roundtree also has ties to Caney, Kansas; Perryton, Texas; and Springfield, Missouri.

Brune is described as about 5-feet tall and 110 pounds with blond hair. She was last seen wearing a black, hooded sweat shirt and black tennis shoes.

Police believe they may be in a 1998 white Pontiac Grand Prix GT with Oklahoma tag number LHU-302 and orange flame stickers on the back windshield.

Fifteen-year-old Kirsten Brune of Waynoka, who was reported missing from her home at 11 p.m. Monday, Jan. 28, has been located.

“We found her Saturday night in Tulsa,” Waynoka Police Chief Jeremy Wingo said. Monday morning. “That’s all I can say right now.”

OSBI Public Information Officer Jessica Brown said, “It looks like she willingly went with this 22 year old man, Jeff Roundtree.”

Brown said both Brune and Roundtree are from Waynoka. “She’s back with her family, he’s in jail,” Brown said.

Currently Roundtree is jailed on a bad check warrant while the District Attorney’s Office decides which of “a laundry list” of charges they want to file against him.
