A Will County judge will hear Friday afternoon from a forensic expert brought in to testify on behalf of Drew Peterson in his quest to regain possession of his seized vehicles, firearms and other property.

Judge Richard Schoenstedt granted the request Friday morning, noting that he had heard secret testimony this week from investigators probing the Oct. 28 disappearance of Peterson's wife, Stacy.

Hopefully, he won't get the stuff back until Stacey is found. I just heard earlier on MSNBC, CNN and Fox, that Savio's family plan to file wrongful death against him. They feel her Will was forged and they want an accounting of money from her estate that was to go to her kids, but the kids never received it.

Both sides argued. The defense Brodsky made a point that Peterson had not been charged and the Pros. argued that it was being discussed as a homicide and as such, the property could be kept forever.

Maybe DP will slip up soon like Vander Sloot and will boast to someone about how Stacey disappeared the real reason she isn't coming back, etc. I believe eventually it will happen. Psychos like DP VS have to brag eventually to someone. IMO
