Just so we are all on the same page as to what goes here..... We don't mind if you tend to go off topic, sometimes it's good to break the tension.

We have a lot of victim's family members that post here, so we don't want any victims or their families bashed. I think everyone can debate/discuss without doing that.

We try to not use added descriptive words to a person's name, that tends to lead to problems, posts deleted etc..

Everyone has a right to their opinion, whether some agree with it or not, as long as they are not insulting or rude to other posters. If someone is here for the sole purpose to cause problems, they will have access to this forum removed. We don't lock forums, it's not fair to the good posters who try to follow the guidelines to be punished because of a few.

If you post an article, please provide a link.. If you post something that is just your opinion, not fact, please state so.. saves a lot of confusion when you do that.. and people always asking for a link to an opinion.

Please leave what happens on another board on that board.. we don't want to bash other boards here.

We want this to be an enjoyable place for both posters and those who read here.

I hope this answers a few questions I have been seeing in this forum.

Good morning all, You know I just can't get my mind around what Mark did to Julie for all those years. I also understand that what people like Mark do is to isolate, denegrate, and over time reduces formerly grown adults into low self-esteme people who feel powerless and lack insight. I my self experienced it, then I saw the exact same thing with a very close friend. It's hard to watch:0001:

In actuality these experiences assisted me in recognizing the signs and symptoms of individuals who came into my care..So typical for me, I turned bad experiences into positive outcomes!

So, whether in this life or not, Mark will pay dearly for his aberrant treatment of Julie, with lust in his heart:( but it's justice in this life we wish to see!

I am very curious also. I missed the testimony yesterday about it and was hoping someone could find the video of it. I've been looking; but can't find it yet. I really don't see any implications at this point. For sure, the defense will make something out of it. But, it has nothing to do with the fact that she was murdered.

Go into edit avatar and don't click on the top one where the avatar goes if you want your own go down aways and it will tell you what to do. I hope that helps.

Can't stay long. Just checking to see who was on the playground. Looks like everyone's nice and happy. About 48 hrs. til next court session. Looks like some of you will be in DT's by then. Myself included by the way. Regular tv just not the same nowadays. I'm hoping the pros. has saved something good for the end here. Any ideas on that?

I sat back and made a list..something like a score card that helped me to look dispassionately at the facts that we have heard.I even tried to take into account the spin and suppositions of the defense side.

Julie had issues..and her biggest one was Mark himself..but how she handled it is the question. Well, she sought help from police, from teacher of son, neighbor and yes even a Doctor's visit. Her goal seems to have been to keep her family together, love and care for her 3-D's..which included DADDY! She dealt with self doubt, self guilt for her one weekend affair ( which she confessed to), fears, loss of family members..and yes even looked into removing herself and her children from this perseaved danger IF she could prove it to herself!

Now, Mark had issues. a 7 year seige on reducing Julie to a low self estemed puppy, who would do anything for him and his children. After finding the love of his life (Kelly)..he relentlessly scurried to set up his wife by researching poisons, and lustfully feeding his ego with "Dirty Talk". Spreading unfounded rumors about his wife and just plain "Bad Mouthing" her to his co-workers, and lover whenever he could.

The list is so far incomplete..but the issue for the jury to decide is that who had the motive, who had the opportunity, who had the skill set , who was capable of inflicting horrific pain and suffering?

I know at this point just who I would vote for?

I hope we hear about his treatment in prison just like we did with Michael Peterson. That freak is what really got me hooked on CTV. There is some good gained from watching the cases and posting about them. Your criminal knowledge improves. Mine has. I wouldn't hang my hat on "KLB" if I were either the prosecution or the defense.

First off I think that Mark had her feeling so insecure, befuddled and fearful, that she didn't know what to bellieve!..As for knowing about Kelly, I dopubt she knew the depth of their relationship nor who she was?..

In Julie's final few days, she was in no physical condition to respond..she was given a cocktail that landed her on her but physically and mentally..She could never have reacted rationally to her condition!..That is why I am so disgusted with the three day torture of her death!.Julie stood no chance at defending herself or the children!:1187603408.CR.Mothe

Nah...A lawyer is never supposed to ask a question he/she doesn't know the answer to...and no one knows how this kid would react to being put on the stand...would the jury become more enraged with Mark for taking away this kid's mother or would the jury become sympathetic to a child possibly losing both of his parents?

Just getting David to testify truthfully to the facts mgiht be possible, but if he decides to lie to help his father, impeaching him with other witnesses would not help the prosecution's case...destroying the kid doesn't convict the father necessarily, just looks the state look mean.

I don't think Albee wants to test this either....Cross examination of David could drudge up more damning details of his early home life. These events weren't happening in a vacuum. Plus, you have no idea what things might have been said in earshot of these kids, knowingly or unknowingly. My family couldn't keep a secret for 9 years...I doubt this one did.

In that interview with Ratzenberg, when he kept asking about how the bruising could have happened to Julie's body, MJ didn't say one word about the boys jumping on Julie, before carting them off to school.

That "jumping on mommy," came after he had been arrested and was working on "his story."

Julie's brothers are wonderful people. The album they are putting together in her honor will be beautiful I am sure. Not only a lovely family, but talented individuals who have done very well with their lives. It's horrible that this tragedy ever had to touch their lives. The hardest part of the trial is probably coming up for them, but hopefully the jurors will see the truth.

Nah...A lawyer is never supposed to ask a question he/she doesn't know the answer to...and no one knows how this kid would react to being put on the stand...would the jury become more enraged with Mark for taking away this kid's mother or would the jury become sympathetic to a child possibly losing both of his parents?

Just getting David to testify truthfully to the facts mgiht be possible, but if he decides to lie to help his father, impeaching him with other witnesses would not help the prosecution's case...destroying the kid doesn't convict the father necessarily, just looks the state look mean.

I don't think Albee wants to test this either....Cross examination of David could drudge up more damning details of his early home life. These events weren't happening in a vacuum. Plus, you have no idea what things might have been said in earshot of these kids, knowingly or unknowingly. My family couldn't keep a secret for 9 years...I doubt this one did.

I don´t think Davids testimony will avail to much. He was 8 years old at that time. What he saw back then, that is of importance to this case, his friend already testified about. There´s nothing to be gained if he testifies. He saw his mother breathing heavily and told his friend at school about it. His dad didn´t want to take her to the hospital. That´s about it. The prosecution already made their point. There is no need for him to be called in as a witness. We already know, from his friend and his friends mom, what there is to know concerning Julies death.

Labradoodles all look different...mine is like velcro...picks up everything at the farm...we have groomed her hair real short now...she is a sweetie. Google them and see how different they all look.
