View Full Version : Dec. 6, Thursday, Dinner tonight
I'm cooking tenderized round steak in Ye Olde Crock Pot tonight. I'm thinking I'll add the potatoes and carrots too.
How 'bout you guys?
We ended up eating out last night so I'm making the fat country style pork ribs with BBQ sauce baked in the oven
will have rice and peas with sour dough rolls!!!
I have to make more cookies tonight too!!!! I'm gonna do my brandy balls since they don't require the oven!
Pat, I love your avatar!!! So sweet!!!

I think I'll pull the frozen sheperd's pie outta the freezer and make that with a salad.
It's almost as good as mine from scratch but A LOT easier.

I usually get the mixed veggies in a bag.
Carrots (squares), green beans, corn, and I think they're lima's.
And when I brown the meat I put in the dried onion flakes.
MMMMM.......

I have never used anything other than corn, but I need to try some other veggies. You mind if Kami and I drop by for dinner? LOL.

No problem, I hope everyone enjoys them. Thanks, DDD. That's the artwork for the "patch" that was given to all the motorcycle riders who participated in the memorial "Last Ride" for my son last June.
I definitely vote to add a drooling smilie... an applause one would be nice too.

What a beautiful design, Pat. I don't know what happened to your son, but I fear the worst. You are stronger than I am, and ever so graceful.
You are in my thoughts today.
