I agree....but it would surprise me if he doesn't get the death penalty...

I'm reading the blog since another trial is being broadcast on TruTv.

Cutts is one cold SOB POS. He was involved with another woman in Spring 2007 while leading Jessie on. Why is he wasting tax payers money? Why didn't he take a Plea deal? Does he actually think he will go free?? :mad:

He doesn't have much of a defense if you ask me. He led the police to the body. I haven't watched all of it but it appears that they are going to say he never confessed and let the state try to prove he did it? Is that right?
