Hey everybody! :happy0207: Kella, thanks for filling me in and letting me know where to come. I was already a member but had no idea y'all were over here. Doh!

I missed all the excitement in court and "over there" this morning. I feel so sorry for that juror's sister. I think the person who reported her might have also (under another nickname) threatened to report posters and jurors in the Spector trial, too. The hysterical posting style of the threats and constant reminders to stay on topic, not do this or that, etc., was very familiar.

That forum is going to eventually have the posting membership it deserves if it continues to kowtow to the instigators, in the process banning/driving away the many, many good folks. So nice to have a spot for discussion where we don't have to walk on eggshells and where the moderators are willing to take the time to ferret out and get rid of the troublemakers. If the 2002 porn surfing stuff can help identify Marks 'fetish' so as to support that he was the one looking at the same type of porn on the home computer prior to the murder, I think it is important that the court lets it in. Especially if poison searches were done during the same time - so it could be proven it was Mark on the computer.

Some reported that a woman was in court today, supposedly the actual sister. Perhaps this info came from Truetv's TH's? If anyone knows, ITA!

The thought crossed my mind on Friday that the poster could very well have been making the whole thing up! Why some people choose to believe statements on the internet by someone basically invisible as having fact or merit is beyond me.

Don't get discouraged IF you have the right station. They seem to let it go to "dead silence" IF there is a break in the CourtRoom.

I was rewatching the original argument on this... and Jambois said he didn't even intend to SHOW any of the 2800 photos. He just wanted to say they had been found, and they were 2800 photos of penis's categorized into separate folders by size. I think he should be allowed to offer that, and I'm surprised that the judge is disallowing it the second time around. Mr. Albee spent hours yesterday denying his client was the porno stalker.


So... how many do they have from 1998? Are they from the work or home computer? Did we know about these before? Sorry... I've been in and out today and feeling confused!

My husband feels the same as the judge. I was telling him last night about all the penis pictures and MJ's obsession with size and with penises other than his own. My husband said he thinks MJ may be bisexual or gay but feels uncomfortable with it, so takes it only so far as the pics. He said it's just not a straight guy thing to want to look at/be obsessed with other men's penises.

I tend to agree with my husband's assessment. Regardless, it sure seems that thoughts of penises consume this man. The judge even said during earlier discussion with the attorneys, "This is all about the penis." Think that sums up MJ pretty accurately, in more ways than one! :D

At this point the judge needs to know that Mods over there edit and delete posts at will and selectivly. IMO a poster no longer owns the words they type if they are edited without notice. So the Judge can read all he wants but those are not anyone words anymore.

My husband feels the same as the judge. I was telling him last night about all the penis pictures and MJ's obsession with size and with penises other than his own. My husband said he thinks MJ may be bisexual or gay but feels uncomfortable with it, so takes it only so far as the pics. He said it's just not a straight guy thing to want to look at/be obsessed with other men's penises.

I was rewatching the original argument on this... and Jambois said he didn't even intend to SHOW any of the 2800 photos. He just wanted to say they had been found, and they were 2800 photos of penis's categorized into separate photos by size.
