Both she & O.J were in San Antonio on Super Bowl Weekend and stayed for a few days. However, she was apparently hospitalized when she went back to Florida. I don't know if he left with her or not. However, this is an interesting news situation. IMO

It doesn't sound good to me.

If The Enquirer has it right, there are a lot of injuries on her that aren't consistant with a fall. The idea she was put in ICU makes me nervous. Sure, a head injury could cause that, but I dunno...

It just seems like he ends up in the news far too often with suspect circumstances.

Prody suffered bruises and head injuries -- but it was because of a fall, and it had nothing to do with Simpson, Miami police told TMZ.com.

The National Enquirer reported that Simpson was being investigated after Prody was taken to the hospital. But cops told TMZ that her injuries are "consistent" with a fall she took at a gas station, that they don't consider this a criminal case and that Simpson was never a suspect.

An anonymous caller reported a woman falling and was taken by Fire Rescue to Baptist Hospital of Miami with a severe head injury, according to a police report obtained by "Entertainment Tonight."

I see they immediately looked into this as a possibility of it being OJ's fault. They quelled that fast!

How can someone allow themselves to get to that point that they can't stand up by themselves let alone drive. I will never understand....

Women like her remind me of the women that become Pen Pals to men in prison. Some of the men are murderers but not on death row, because of sentencing statutes in the state they committed the murder.

Women should know that if you live with a known wife abuser, thats like an arsonist being given a can of gasoline and a match! Like :duh:

I would hope they do investigate it. If they can find any connection to Simpson in this matter, you'd think it would have an impact on the Vegas case.

Wouldn't beating your girlfriend be enough to put you back in jail? I would hope so.

He was arrested several times on Domestic Violence when he was around Nicole. If this girl files charges, I bet the Florida LE would love to have him as a guest in their jail! IMO

She would have to file charges (unless Florida can arrest without the victim filing them) and be arrested. Then again, it may be a he said she said thing. She is a drug addict. He is a woman abuser. They can't revoke without these steps, and because its in another state, they may not be able to arrest him again anyway.

IIRC from having lived in Florida, the State Attorney's office can file charges even if the victim doesn't wish to pursue it.

That said, I am certain that if there was the remotest chance that OJ was involved in this, he'd be charged. I think LE agency's everywhere would love a shot at putting him away - and understandably so. At this point, weird as it is, I'd have to believe the Miami cops when they say that OJ had nothing to do with it.
