Ya know, I don't care for his choice of words, but I think in private conversations we have all said things when angry that we would not want broadcast all over the world.
I am not a fan, don't watch his show, but did appauld him for bringing Luster in...and thought it was bogus that the Mexican government was going to charge him.
IMO, the man was set up, on this issue, I don't think he just pulled that whole discussion out of thin air...there were things that were not recorded discussed that lead to that whole 'sting' otherwise why would 'sonnyboy' even think to tape it?
Show on, Show off...I could care less...but really, doesn't everyone think this recording was just a bit convienant? Further, does anyone buy his whining and tears and begging after the fact?
That's showbiz...

I've seen his show a few times, not terribly impressed. I've met plenty of guys just like him. They don't mean any harm but sometimes their mouths just get away from them. I doubt he reall meant anything meanspirited by his comments. I don't really care if he has a tv show or not, other then a network that claims to be the Arts and Entertainment network ought to be aiming a little higher then a good old boy with too many tattoos and a mullet. I don't really think that falls under the heading of arts or entertainment.

I'm glad Dog is back on, only to see how the show has changed.
I too love the mullett, point high heeled boots that HE wears. Then we have Bets and her wardrobe that is hand picked by Dog...lol
Tim, btw, was recently arrested and booked on indect public exposure and this is the second time. I'm wondering if he will be returning with the rest of the odd crew.
Then we have Leland :basic45: He makes the show worth watching.
As far as the tapes, I was very disappointed with what Dog said and no, I don't believe for a second his apology was heartfelt. What I think is that his show brought him many nice material things and he didn't want to lose all that.

I know what you mean trina. I look at it as a private conversation between a man and his son that should never have been released to the public. But it was, and if A&E can get past it, I think everyone else should or just not tune in to the show. If people don't watch, they can't be offended.

Hey anyone watch Jamie Floyd this morning? She was not happy at all, boy she is more hostile about Dog than some of the child killer defendants she dances around with the 'Best Defense' for...
I don't like what Dog said, but let's be honest, we only heard part of the conversation, we don't know what his son said, to goad him, and he did think he was having a private discussion with his son, and it was heated...we have all said things when angry that are out of character.

Yeah, there new house was so nice, or maybe that was in CO? I'm talking about the big cabin looking one, way out in the country or maybe it's foothills? I'll bet that one was in CO.

They need to take those awful weaves off beths hair and give her more of a natural look. they use cheap weaves that fuzz on the end. her real hair is more attractive. and Dog could use some rug removal. I always liked Tim the best. I hope he comes back. I'm sure he will. It's in his blood. plus, he was the only one who caught the bad guys. Dog just took the credit. And as far as where they live, aren't they smart enough by now to buy a house? with the $$$$ he made off the show, he could have bought that house they rented 10 times over. they would be more secure if they bought a house this time and paid it off. why anyone would rent is beyound me. your throwing your money away. But I guess people like that always rent. I know people who have never owned a home but have rented the house they live in for 20 years. not even thinking that they just threw their money out the window. they could have owned that home 2 times over. But something about buying and puting your name on a contract scares some people. too much responsibility. And then there's people with bad credit. But you'd think Dog has good credit. or he's real stupid. and losing those SUV'S caused they were leased probably hurt too. Maybe this time he will buy them outright. Seems as if Dog takes his lessons the hard way each time and learns from them that way. I hope when he comes back on the air that he has learned something about people. and how powerful they can be, they turned on him after praising him. took his autos, his homes, his soul. He will be much more careful this time for sure. I don't think he will be as trusting. He's gone through hell. The man is 54 and looks 65. I wish him and his family the best. I was a faithful Dog watcher. I miss the show. I wish all the stuff hadn't of happened. But, it was another humbling lesson for Dog to go through. I hope it's his last.

I would think that Dog and Beth do own a house, but needed a bigger nicer one to do the show from. Don't really know tho.
I liked Tim too, until he got arrested for indecent exposure. That really shocked me.

Hey anyone watch Jamie Floyd this morning? She was not happy at all, boy she is more hostile about Dog than some of the child killer defendants she dances around with the 'Best Defense' for...

A few random thoughts: I agree that what is said between 2 people in private should not be the subject of a national debate, unless what is being said is profoundly illegal, like someone is admitting to a murder.....I cannot stand Jamie Floyd because her racial bias in my opinion dictates everything she says..... "Dog" and his wife Beth are real characters who seem far more interesting than some of these other contrived reality shows. I've watched a couple episodes and can see why some might be drawn to Dog's show. I'd rather watch them than watch totally dysfunctional celeb-families trash each other.....Gazillions of people surfaced to chastise and offer to re-teach "Dog" how to think/talk about people of color, while few people have surfaced to re-teach some people of color how to think/talk about what is supposed to be a united rainbow coalition. My hat is off to Dr Bill Cosby for leading the way. He is a true hero in my book, for telling it like it is. We can ALL learn from him.

It just occured to me from the family's photo they look like real-life comic book characters. Their over stated images (shall I say) make it seem like watching true to life batman or something. Wonder what color their new vehicles are? I often wondered how they sneak up on anybody. apparently they're not trying to. 1st time I saw Beth speak to reporters during the Andrew Luster catch I thought wow, she's a diamond in the rough. She has really transformed herself but dresses too revealing for her job. She acts like a runway model when she goes after these felons, especially since she either had her boobs enlarged, looks like she had a tummy tuck and some lipo done. I have no problems with that, shoot, if you have the money use it.
I just think she needs to come back down to earth. Her head is too big for the rest of her....:groan:

I think it was after the first season, she had a tummy tuck and lipo. Her boobs have always been ridiculously huge. And you know the Dog "NO!"
Rumor has it that they are having big martial problems and she is causing all kinds of havoc on set, to the point of interferring with taping.

You know Dog is Beth's stylist:shrug1:
When she goes out on a hunt, if the perp saw her they might mistake her for a street walker. :67302:
She does look like she maybe lost alittle weight. After the first season she did have a tummy tuck and lipo.

Beth has her makeup done before each show. did u notice the glitter in her eyebrows? I didn't like the comeback show. It was fakey with their big pellet guns and lights, and it's just not the same without Tim "Trueblood" Chapman. He was the only reason I watched DOG in the first place was because of Tim. I know he was deeply humiliated when the rumor first broke out and the talk was all over about DOG and he got his show taken away, then when the heat was still on them good, tim had spilled oj in his truck on himself and was caught changing his pants in his pick up by a security guard, and when the security guard told him to get out of the pick up, tim took off and turned himself into the law. I think it was just too much for Tim to come back. When they went to mexico to catch that rapist and was put in mexican jails, It was hard on Tim and he said he never felt so humiliated in his life and ashamed. Just being locked up as criminals. I feel this was too much for him and he bowed out of the shows. He probably still works there, but doesn't have anything to do with the filming of the shows. I will miss him and hopes he comes back.

Hi fly,

I wonder why if what you say is true, he didn't try and clear his name.

Hi Tee!!!!!
Tim did go and clear his name. That's why he went to the jail and turned himself in. The security gaurd called him in when he saw who it was and instead of Tim getting cop cars all over the place when the gossip was so bad right then, he took off and went to the police station and explained his situation to the cops and they just let him go. but the paper made such a big deal about it. Like he was a pervert or something. I always keep a spare set of cloths in my car for reasons like that. I've been caught out of town with no change of clothing or make up or combs, and I've learned to carry an extra set of cloths, a small make up bag, and hair stuff in my trunk in case something like that happens. And tim is annal about his apperance. He didn't want to look like he peed in his pants!

Hi Fly!!!
Hey do you know Tim or something?
Anyhow, if all what you say is true, why didn't he give a statement to the rag mags; the one's that made him sound like a pervert? I mean that's the least he should have done to save his reputation and get back on Dog's show. By him not being on the show, it just seemed like all that scandal was true...KWIM:0009:
I would never think to carry extra clothes and makeup, but it is a good idea.

Hi Tee!!!
I think Tim didn't go to the rag magazines cause it would have made it worse. He is a real private person and that just made him so ashamed I don't think he wanted his face back on TV. He's real sensitive and that probably killed him to get caught that way. If Dog hadn't of been being hung by the throat at that time when the gossip was so bad, I think Tim could have changed his pants and it would have been no big deal. Tim was parked around the back of the store changing his pants when he got caught. He wasn't out in public where he could be seen. He's not a pervert or a flasher. He simply spilled a bottle of OJ on his pants. And it made the news. I've changed my cloths in my car lots of time. In fact, about a month ago we went to the coast and I changed my pants in the car while we were going down the freeway. My dogman has changed his cloths while we been traveling. but if a cop would have seen me change my pants in my car while it was traveling down the freeway I would have been stopped. So I hurry and do it. I think it is more common than we know. He just got caught. I wish he'd come back on the show. It's not the same without him.

He's always been my favorite and I kept on what was going on with him after that happened to Dog. I saw how it affected him and his family. And that embarrassing situation with the police just killed him. That job on bounty hunting was his life. He's been with Dog before he met beth. that's a long time. If you notice in the old shows, he's always the one to run the bad guys down. Dog would take the glory. at 15 Tim left home to be on his own to get away from his abusive father. He met Dog and his mother and became part of Dog's family before Dog met Beth. They been together a long time. That's why they call each other brothers. I just miss him. he made the show for me.

Tim was the one that found that creep rapist in mexico. But dog got the glory. but they all went to jail. Tim caught about everyone on the show. He was the only one who went in all the homes to check out if the perp was hiding in the houses, and he would find them! He was fast, humble, and never took the credit away from Dog. He was a huge asset to the show.

I happened to watch "DOG" last night and youngblood was on it. Yeah! I was happy. I hope he stays with it. oh, and I just got back from the oregon coast yesterday and while we were driving my husband asked me for something on the seat that I was sitting on. I moved to get it spilling my pop on my pants right in the crotch area. It looked like I peed my pants. I had my suitcase in the back of the suv and took out a different pair of pants and changed in my car. in broad daylight. and on a personal note. I don't wear underpants usually. I couldn't sit in that cold spilt drink a minute longer. So it does happen to the best of us at odd times.

Texanne, I'm so glad you watch! I've loved this show since it first aired.
They've always went between Hawaii and Colorado and they have houses in both places, but the new one in Colorado looks fabulous!
The new puppy is adorable. My guess is that they still have all the other pets in Hawaii, they are big time animal lovers!
They all look better, especially Beth; she's lost a lot of weight and toned down her makeup and hair. I even like her clothes better. Dog use to be her stylist, maybe she fired him.
Baby Lisa looks great, she's very pretty. Leland, he didn't need a change and Dwayne is hot also. Dog is just Dog, there's no changing his image, I think the hair featherhs in his mullet are his trade mark. :z0tdntknw: I'm so glad to see Tim is still with them!
