KSDK) - University City Police released new information about the disappearance of a 22-year-old woman Friday afternoon.
Dora Magrath's mother, Linda Holtzman, said her daughter went to a coffee shop Thursday around 12:30 p.m. and did not return home. She said they had dinner plans and they usually speak several times a day, but had not heard from her daughter since.
Police said they were checking Magrath's cell phone records and area hospitals for any possible sightings.
Magrath was last seen wearing a black coat, aqua sweater, brown shoes and carrying a black purse, according to Captain Michael Ransom of the University City Police Department.
Ransom said she was driving a 2007 Chrysler Sebring with Illinois license plate number G530939.

Parents Desperate To Find Missing Daughter

(KTVI - myFOXstl.com) --
The parents of a University City woman are desperate for help in finding their missing daughter.
University City police have already put out descriptions of 22 year old Dora Magrath and her car. Now, her parents are sharing other details about her they want you to know.
Magrath is a singer-songwriter; a college music major who, after going to school at Hampshire college in Massachusetts, was set to enroll at Webster University here.
Magrath is also very close to her family; especially to her mother in the wake of her mother's recent open heart surgery. She says her daughter told her she planned to spend Thursday hanging out in the U-City Loop when the two last spoke Thursday at noon.
You should also know the car Dora was driving was a loaner, a rental her mother had while her car was being repaired: a dark blue, 2007 Chrysler Sebring convertible, Illinois plate number G 530939.
"She's never been gone overnight without telling where she is," said Linda Holtzman, Magrath's mom. "She's been gone since Thursday morning. We want everybody to be looking for her, the car she was in ... we just want her to come home. "
"It was like she was planning on doing something," said Dora's father, Mike Magrath. "She had plans. She talked to people and then she was gone."
Her parents said Dora had also battled depression as recently as three years ago. They did not think that would have been a factor in her disappearance.
Here's her physical description from University City police:
5'6" tall, 120 lbs.
Dark brown hair
Last seen wearing a black coat,
Aqua sweater, brown boots,
Carrying a black purse
