And they are not broadcasting the faces of people standing up for Bobby?? WHY??
Considering that Bobby's time is going to be hard regardless. And considering that he is going to die in prison, personally I hope he gets LWOP, especially from an all-white jury for a black defendant and a white and mixed race victim.
And may I add: how very nauseating to see Linda KB again. Peh!!!

The prosecutor may as well have just asked for LWOP; instead of the Death Penalty. If you can't put up family members of the victim to testify about her loss and who she was; the jury will never know her.
All they are finding out is who Bobby Cutts was before he became a murderer.

I wanted to tell you Jeff Goldblatt was telling E.D. Hill that in Illinois it's against the law for the prosecution to bring in victim impact statements.
I didn't know that. I think that's so weird. Can't help but wonder what prompted that law.
I'm back!!! Illinois victims can bring impact statements in and present them to the judge.
http://www.ilga.gov/legislation/ilcs/fulltext.asp?DocName=072501200K6
(b) The crime victim has the right to prepare a victim impact statement and present it to the Office of the State's Attorney at any time during the proceedings. I totally missed the coverage today with work boggling me down. I'll go to the media links and see what's over there now, but as for Cutts he's just trying to save his own life now, imo.

8:53 a.m. Mack now talking about Blake and the needs he'll have growing up for a father. "This prosecution wants you to kill Blake's father," Mack said. He's urging the jurors not to take away the boy's father considering his mother is already dead.

They couldn't tell, b/c Jessie was a skeleton. She looked like a body that had been buried for a thousand years.
I saw the photos taken at autopsy.
