Josh Nibbe has an active unrelated warrant out of Champaign County and has been on the run for quite some time.

His brother Ryan was released from IDOC shortly after Jamie's disappearance. Shortly thereafter he was charged with assaulting Ward Birch the party host the night Jamie went missing.

It has been said Josh claims he left Jamie at Ward's party w/ Jeromy Ramm. Jeromy also happened to be good friends with Michael Zimmerman who was Heather Zimmerman's estranged husband at the time of her disappearance.

3 young women (Jane Doe - Thomasboro, Heather Mullins Zimmerman - Gifford and Jamie Harper - Rantoul) missing from the Rantoul area, 1 common denominator IMO.
