There's a possibility that may be the last picture taken of Lilly.
Lilly has went missing under strange circumstances in Miami, FL. She was last seen at her boyfriend's apartment. According to him, Lilly went out for a walk at 2am June 2, 2007. Never to be heard from again.

The local media has not reported her dissapearance. Police have done very little on her case. (http://i351.photobucket.com/albums/q461/HFTMphotos/HaveYouSeenMe/LucelyAramburo.jpg)

This from a guy whose girlfriend is missing, with a profile on teen porn site, a domestic violence battery charge (no conviction), and an extensive criminal and traffic record.

Perhaps the families he claims he is assisting should have full disclosure, OR he could generate some of that time and effort into finding his missing girlfriend. The social network profiles provide some good insight into what Christen was doing in the weeks following Lucely's disappearance.

Last point of interest is the recent cocaine charges that appear to have been dropped according to an entry in today's court docket. Anyone want to guess why?

Roamer

I noticed the cocaine charge had no action, too. This guy should have been investigated right after that wild story he gave about Lilly walking out at 2 am in pj's, no shoes, purse or anything else. Just from what you're found today, he is certainly not a good, upstanding citizen.

I imagine he has been thoroughly investigated. It may be that they are just lacking sufficient evidence to prosecute him, if in fact they believe a crime has occurred.

I agree with you assesment of his character.

I finally met Detective Mancha

I went to see him on Monday with the new evidence I found. I think it shows a possible motive. I asked Detective Mancha from Miami Dade Police where we're at.

We have NOT made ANY progress in 6 months!! He still hasn't questioned her boyfriend, one of the last people to see her. He said that he's been out to his apartment a few times but he's never there. He says he's left various business cards asking him to call. And surprise surprise, he hasn't called. I'm so frustrated with police and media.

I practically begged him to help with a press release. And (as expected) he washed his hands of it. It's not him, he has to submit it to P.I.O Police Information Office, which is media relations for the police. But after everything, the fact that he misspelled her name on the flyer, the fact that he's let all this time fly without pinning down the boyfriend, etc- he can't even make a damn press release happen. What ever happened to compassion? Lilly is a human being, a precious one to me. So why can't they even get her picture up on the news/newspaper, etc?

I did get something accomplished though. I'll let you know tomorrow after the fact. Wish us luck... we really need it.

Quick Update

Police went there to interview him but he wasn't there. They were planning to go back yesterday. Her mom and I got to visit with him. I got more information about the people that were there when she, according to him, left his apartment. Me and her mom passed out flyers and spoke with neighbors.

Tried calling the investigator but can't ever reach him and he doesn't return calls.

This is a case that I have most recently become aware of.

To my understanding, from friends close to the case, Lilly's family has recieved no media coverage. I have recently contacted several local newspapers in the area in hopes to help this family. I spoke with the Miami Herald two days ago and the Sun Sentinel just this morning and have sent word to have the family/friends contact them.

It has been stated there was a "possible" sighting at a bus station somewhere near the area. I spoke to several billboard companies. There is only one company in the area that has one digital billboard but has offered to donate space for a vinyl billboard. The cost would be $700.00 to print the vinyl and friends of Lilly's are now trying to work on raising the money or getting possible donations.

Timeline: Per Lilly's friends...

Lucely "Lilly" Aramburo Timeline

Lilly and Kelly meet each other in Middle School at Ponce de Leon in Coral Gables, FL.

(flash forward to 2004...)

May, 2004
David's Mom reaches out for support to help with David who was in jail because of drugs. After getting out of jail, they are able to get David into rehab at St. Lukes.

June, 2004
David gets out of rehab. He and Lilly are dating, they move in with a friend involved with trying to help him for 4 months...
(Lilly’s personality made her instantly likable, at this time Lilly also had a broken back, she had fallen off a balcony while hanging out with some friend at the U of M dorms.)

September, 2004
Lilly and David move into their own apartment together in Little Haiti.

Christen lives upstairs from them. He gave David a job and started that behavior of "buying" people. At that time, he was very attracted to Lilly but he gave her "the creeps".

Kelly starts going around Lilly & David & she meets Christen. She immediately starting using him and even most likely being the one to get Christen involved in drugs, which he had never done before that time, according to Lilly. Lilly was upset to see Kelly messing Christen up.

During this time...
Kelly and her baby Daddy, Sean, live with Lilly and David for a time.

January, 2006
Lilly is pregnant.
David was sent to rehab in Boston by his mom.
Lilly spends almost her entire pregnancy at a homeless shelter. Wanted space from "friends" that were using drugs. She did great during this time. The happiest time in her life!

AUGUST 2006
David returns from rehab. He moves into the homeless shelter with Lilly. Afterwhich they live at a farm together.

David starts using again and thus causing many problems for Lilly. Eventually Lilly even has to get a restraining order against David because he hit and pushed her badly enough to send 8 month pregnant Lilly to the hospital.

At this point, Lilly's mom gets her her own place, a trailer in the same park where her mom (the Grandmother of Lilly) lives.

David moves in too.

September, 2006
Lilly gives birth to her and David’s baby boy, Palden.

Around this same time, David robs Lilly’s moms house.

David was just too problematic in his addiction and Lilly and David split up.

December, 2006
Lilly starts dating Christen. By new years, she moved in with him.

David is in/out of jail for multiple charges.

February, 2007
Lilly's mom notices problems w/ Lilly & Christen.

Palden gets hospitalized Valentines day.

The following week, Christen & Lilly travel to Arizona. Christen was supposed to be setting up a new office over there. Lilly's mom gets a strange call from Lilly in Arizona.

March, 2007
Police get called out to Christens apt a few times for domestic violence. No arrest, he knew the cop. The cop was the husband of an employee of his. (as I understand it)

Around now, lots of problems with DCF & court.

In the time between now and and June 2nd, 2007 (the date Lilly vanishes) the following occurs...

Due to a violent episode at Christen’s apartment, her child custody was at stake. Lilly goes through many problems with DCF and Court.

To keep her custody, etc. Lilly enters rehab at St. Lukes.

May 30, 2007
Christen picks up Lilly from treatment at St. Lukes in order for her to attend a Court Date with Family Court, Dept. of Child Services.

At Court Lilly was required to take a drug test - it came out positive. She was adamant that she hadn't used.

The rehab counselor was upset and told the judge that she was manipulating and uncooperative because she wasn't admitting to having relapsed.

The judge was very angry and said she was going to lose her parental rights unless she completed treatment.

(Reminder, just that morning it was Christen who was the one who had picked Lilly up from rehab.)

Lilly’s mental state was not good at all.

After Court Christen does not return Lilly to rehab, he takes her to his apartment instead to do drugs.

*2 days later, Lilly vanishes...

June 2, 2007
Although Lilly was not a drinker, according to Christen, she drank an entire bottle of vodka that night.

Christen also states that Lilly was a nervous wreck that night, one moment happy and relaxed, the next moment arguing and fighting.

Christen states that this type of behavior from Lilly is also exactly what went on between Lilly and Kelly that day. In the morning (he said) they'd be hugging and they're best friends and the next moment they were fighting and going at each other.

Lilly vanishes at 2am, reportedly to go pick flowers in her pajamas and also taking along a bungee cord.

According to Kelly...
Kelly claimed she was sleeping in the bedroom. She said she didn't see Lilly when she "walked out" because she was in the bedroom with Christen sleeping. Someone named "DJ" was also there, he was the one who saw her leave. Family has no idea who this DJ is, has never seen him and can’t find him.

Christen claimed he went in the bedroom to tell Kelly to go sleep in the living room so Lilly could lay down in the bed.

He claims that's when Lilly "walked out" and that's why he couldn't describe her pajamas. He said she changed into them in the living room before leaving.

They both said another person DJ, was in the living room and was the only witness to see her leave. Christen said DJ, told him Lilly left with a bungee cord.
The last person to see her, "boyfriend", Christen Pacheco, claims she walked out at 2am in pajamas, never to be seen again. He was finally interviewed by police 6 months into her disappearance.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Lilly disappeared from the Kendall area of Miami June 2, 2007. Anyone with any information should immediately contact Miami Dade Police - Detective Mancha 305-418-7245 amancha@mdpd.com or 305-471-TIPS

Speaking of media coverage, we have been contacting several folks in the Miami area and one of us has received a response. She was asked to call the reporter on Monday, so I hope that we will have good news to report in that area.

That is one of the areas that has been so disheartening about this case, that there was never anything written about it.

We are hoping the tide is turning now, and with the upcoming vigil planned for June 1, Lilly will not be forgotten for long....

I will post a flyer for her upcoming vigil and if anyone could get it to as many places as you can, it will be appreciated.

Roamer, thank you for the welcome. There are things in motion now and we all hope that it will make a difference. Noise is being made that the people in charge of this case will have no choice but to listen to. The wheels of justice are turning, but we all know how slowly they turn sometimes.

We are trying to get as many as possible on board to help make this happen for Lilly and her friends and family, and especially for her son, Palden. He is such a sweet, innocent child.

Please take a moment today and remember the children of the Missing Mothers, there are so many out there. They won't be able to bring her breakfast in bed this morning and hand picked flowers. May the wings of the angels wrap around them and comfort them and show them the love of their Mother.

It will be one entire year since Lilly vanished on the 2nd of June and a 1 Year Anniversary Vigil is planned for Lilly on June 1st...and there is an overwhelming amount of things to do in prep. of this event as well as things to do in general towards helping to find little Palden's Mommy...

I do not personally know Lilly, but have been working closely with her family and close friends in order to relay info. for them onto this forum as well as a few other forums that have stepped up, willing to help this potentially forgotten case. Along with Breezy and Delilah, who I know from other forums as well...

In case you're interested in joining the cause, I'll be posting a TO DO list for those who would like to help find Lilly, here's one item from it that I'll post now...please feel free to use this Vigil flyer if you'd like, Vigil info. is on flyer, I'll add more vigil info's as well to TO DO list to come...

2. Email Vigil Info. to local Miami churches, ask that they please include info. in their bulletin, or other form of communication that they use.

Does anyone here know the procedure to get this case to the front page. Things are happening and you folks initially got the ball rolling with all of the information you were able to find on the key players. We are trying to take things to the next level and would so appreciate all the attention we can get for Lilly.

The numbers are growing daily that have joined this effort, but of course there is never too many hands on board. We would love to give Lilly a front row seat on your board so that many more hands may take part.

I also read your blog. Excellent stories and it really brings the person to life in the eyes of the reader. We have a couple personal stories of Lilly if one of your writers would like to take them, round them out, and write an entry on the blog to spotlight Lilly's case.

This is a wonderful website dedicated to those who need it most. Thank you for making it available to those of us who want to help.

January....I am so glad you are here, too! I know these folks will pick up the ball and run with it. They have done so much already to bring this case to the forefront and get some questions answered.

My hope is that if everyone who sees the information here will carry it to other websites or forums that they belong to, the word will spread over the internet like crazy and eventually will get into the hands of the one special person who can make the difference in this case.

Folks, Lilly's friends and family desparately need our help. Please just do what you can whether it be something small or something big, we need all the participation we can get.

It was Palden's eyes that did it! Just looking at that sweet face, and knowing that Lilly would never just walk away from it, is what hooked us into this. How can we look into his eyes and turn away??? No way! This child needs to know that his mother loved him and he needs so much right now, and in the future.

We will be getting some newer pictures of Palden and I am sure they will melt your heart.

And check out Christen's description of Lilly, is that so setting up the perfect suicide scenario or what?!

Okay, let's say he wasn't at all lying in the description of Lilly on the police report, that still means that he let his mental, suicidal fiance walk out the door at 2am with nothing but 2 bungee cords...

Christen is the one supplying all this garbage info. on the Police Report and this info. is what the Police continue to go off from and thus do nothing to find Lilly, perhaps in part as a result of, plus they (Police) refuse to update with the correct info. given by family despite the consistent pleas of Lilly's family...

Kelly claimed she was sleeping in the bedroom. Christen claimed he went in the bedroom to tell Kelly to go sleep in the living room so Lilly could lay down in the bed.
He claims that's when Lilly "walked out" and that's why he couldn't describe her pajamas. He said she changed into them in the living room before leaving.?
They both said another person DJ?, was in the living room and was the only witness to see her leave. Christen said DJ, told him Lilly left with a bungee cord.

-------------------------------------------------------

Kind of sounds like they are setting up a potential suicide scenario, that Lilly was upset, maybe about Kelly being in the bedroom and that Christen went in there? And then saying she left with a bungee cord?

But, if someone was thinking of taking their life because they were so hurt by other's, why would they go off and do it in a place so private and hidden that here now almost 1 year later, they still haven't been found. That doesn't make sense or add up...IMO...

January2
05-12-2008, 10:28 AM
Police did agree to search a canal nearby his Christen's apt. Also they said they'd ask him if he'd volunteer to take a voice test. Don't know the status of that since they never reply to emails despite various meetings with them in person.

Very frustrating that they say there's not enough evidence for him to be a suspect. But also that media hasn't put the story out.

Regarding the others that were there when she vanished. One was Kelly, she said she didn't see Lilly when she "walked out" because she was in the bedroom with Christen sleeping.

Someone named "DJ" was also there, he was the one who saw her leave, have no clue who he is. Can't find him.

Christen is a predator. Lilly met him about 2 years ago. He was living in the same apartment building in Little Haiti that Lilly lived with David.

The more things we learn about Lilly and her story, the more heartbreaking her case becomes, the more determined we are to help Palden's Mommy, you know?

New to me, thoughts and info...I thought I'd share about Lilly...

Christen reported Lilly missing, went to the police and had them write up a missing persons report BEFORE ever calling Lilly's Mom to ask if she was there! Lilly and her Mom were close, why if he thought she took off, would he not call her Mother to see if Lilly was there prior to going to the police?!

After Lilly went missing, Christen's mission was to make sure that he got all of his stuff back, while he wouldn't return many of Lilly's thing to her Mom, not even Palden's pampers which were asked for, he wouldn't even give back Palden's Pampers to Lilly's Mom!

Lilly had traumatic things occur in her life growing up, heartbreaking, sickening, not at all her fault events...yet Lilly was described by everyone as so SWEET, with a purity that came from so desperately wanting to do the right thing, be the best Mommy for Palden.

Lilly's Dad was not in her life, of course Lilly, like most every little girl would, dreamed of having him in her life, and after Palden was born, he did contact her, how happy she was! Until he just abandoned her again and completely stopped returning even one of her calls.

I'm quoting a close friend of Lilly's here...a good friend who want to help find her...
--------------------------------------------------------

Lily was a girl of peace, who loved her baby boy very much. She had a rough childhood, but her mom tried her best.

She touched everyone she met with her beautiful smile. She had the energy of a small child, and it is a damn shame that this has happen. And that this has remained unnoticed, while the media arbitrarily picks and choses who they find important.

She loved music, and although she loved rock, oldies were secretly her favorite songs. She loved to read and refused to learn computers. She was a very simple girl, who shopped at vintage stores, and hardly ever wore much make up. The term earth girl, comes to mind when I think of her. Also pixie, she was always confused with being a teenager because she looked so damn young. Lily was tough as steel, both emotionally and physically. Once she fell off a 2nd story building , went to the hospital , and walked out took the brace off and kept going, because she had to be at work the next day.

When she was pregnant, she glowed. It was the most beautiful time in her life. The beautifulest I have ever seen her. Her skin looked a golden olive, and her almond shaped eyes, glistened. I could see life in her. And she was happy.

I thought she would make it out. She began taking prenatal yoga, went back to being a vegatarian, and was dedicated to meditating and praying a lot.

Once Palden was born, David came back in her life to screw everything up. And thats when she began running to the arms of a waiting christen and that was the beginning of the end. Which leads us to this forum.

If the blog people can use this case, every post made that tells us more about Lilly will be very helpful to them.

Lilly sounds like a beautiful soul, and it's pretty easy to see where the clues lead. It's just hard to believe they haven't been followed up by LE.

Are there any reporters with local newspapers or TV stations who specialize in crime stories? Maybe you could ask them to look into the case and see what they can find, and maybe spotlight the case in the news. If they do, an important tip could come in.

January2
05-12-2008, 12:16 PM
Thanks, Roamer, so glad to hear this and thanks for the tips, while Lilly's case has finally begun to fire up online, not one outside of the world wide web media has written one word about Lilly. As Holliston from zerogossip.com shared to me in an email, if you google the news section of Lilly's name the only place it shows up is in the lost section of the classifieds there she is mentioned, among lost cats and dogs. No one deserves that, especially not this sweet girl who was trying so hard to start a better life for her and her baby.

However, there is hope, people online are showing that they do care, that Lilly does matter, they are helping and they are making such a difference, but Lilly's case needs more help, I pray that this forum hears her cries to be heard.

Another very bright spot, finally a compassionate journalist from the Miami Herald has responded to one of my PR's on Lilly sent out, saying she wanted to help. I'm to speak to her on the phone this very afternoon.

And so to prep, I'm trying to organize all these thoughts and scenarios of what happened, why Lilly is gone. And I'm thinking even more so now that, like many of you, Christen just seems to obviously have to be the main guilty party, imo...

That Lilly's efforts and determination to live a life that followed her newfound Christian beliefs, cramped his style, perhaps maybe caused him to think of Lilly as a burden. Lilly had been in drug rehab for a while prior to her disappearance, I'm sure Christen was living it up while she was gone, enjoying all his hedonistic desires, perhaps feeling in his own twisted way liberated, free from the responsibilities that a life with Lilly and Palden required.

He had admired her initially from a far, while his presence initially 'creeped' her out. But at her weakest moment, he swooped in and disguised himself as her knight in shining armor, eager to claim his lusted jewel. But once he had her, the conquest was over, he felt trapped, weighed down, but he couldn't just leave her, right? He liked this "I'm the Provider" image he had going on, so maybe he had to think of a sneaky way to shake off his evil interpretation of a burden.

And maybe he knew the perfect person to assist in his evil plan, someone who's lifestyle had also been cramped by Lilly's new found beliefs, someone jealous and resentful of her very presence. Which of course, imo, would be Kelly.

Thinking out loud, talking to that reporter this afternoon from the Herald, trying to formulate my thoughts on all this, you know?

1/17/06 Victory for Mentally Ill Missing Adult Males
We're pleased for Lorne's & James' families that they were one of several featured missing adults in this Boston Globe article. This is great media coverage for them and the other mentally ill missing adult males who are ignored by the media.

Both Lorne's and James' stories were found by the reporter on the Project Jason Voice for the Missing blog. He then made contact with the families. This personally makes me happy because the reason I started the blog was out of frustration at these cases being ignored by the media over and over again. We are finally heard as a voice for the missing!

Michael Jarvi, Patrick Bowman, and Michael Hogan have also been featured on the blog and/or on our awareness programs.

We want to thank the reporter, Scott Allen, for his care of concern in doing the story. He was quite sincere in his compassion. May the story bring the needed answers for these families.

Thousands of mentally ill people vanish every year, barely noticed except by families and friends

By Scott Allen, Globe Staff January 16, 2006

"Lorne Boulet Jr.'s disappearance came without warning. The childlike, schizophrenic man left his New Hampshire home for a walk one summer afternoon more than four years ago and simply never returned.

James Rowe veered between giddiness and sobs in his last phone conversation with his sister as he described the way a July 2004 conference on personal growth had changed him. Over the next few days, the Colorado restaurant owner abandoned his vehicle, shaved his head, and walked into the woods -- and his family hasn't heard from him since.

Michael Hogan, a shy man with obsessive compulsive disorder, left his job in Vermont one day, saying he needed to be alone. Eight months later, his mother is still so convinced he will call that she's left this message on her answering machine: ''Michael, if this is you, please let me know how I can contact you. . . . I miss you so much."

Boulet, Rowe, and Hogan are among thousands of mentally ill men and women who disappear each year -- barely noticed outside of their families and a clutch of organizations devoted to keeping their hopes alive. Their advocates believe that most of the 8,000 missing adults listed by the FBI as ''endangered" or ''disabled" suffer from some kind of mental illness and may have experienced a psychological break with reality that prompts them to abandon their former lives or attempt suicide.

The missing tend to be men, and their mental health problems run the gamut from sudden breakdowns in the face of adversity to chronic illnesses such as schizophrenia, which can cause delusions or feelings of paranoia. Bipolar disorder, which causes wide mood swings, also accounts for some of the disappearances; its victims follow unpredictable impulses.

PHOTO GALLERY: Missing and mentally ill:
http://www.boston.com/news/globe/health_science/gallery/missing_mentally_ill/

''Usually there is some sort of inner logic" when people with mental illness flee, ''even though it seems strange to other people," said Dr. Dost Ongur, director of the schizophrenia and bipolar disorder program at McLean Hospital. ''They might say they need to enroll in the armed services because they really need to go to Iraq to help America when everybody else says, 'You're 65 and you've got a bad back. It doesn't sound like a good idea.' "

The disappearance of an adult -- especially a man -- doesn't usually trigger the intensive communitywide searches that law enforcement agencies launch for missing children. Their disappearance doesn't automatically stir fears of foul play, so police are sometimes slow to investigate thoroughly. And adults can legally leave their lives behind, even if they are not thinking clearly.

''An adult has the right to be missing," said Roy Weise, senior adviser at the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services, which maintains the national list of missing people. ''The wife may think he's missing, but he may be right where he wants to be." Hospitals and homeless shelters, which often house mentally ill people, are caught in a bind, too, needing to protect clients' privacy when desperate loved ones inquire about them. ''If a family member calls me up and says, 'I'm looking for my brother,' we will get a message to that person," said John Yazwinski of Father Bill's Place homeless shelter in Quincy. But, he adds, it's up to the shelter resident whether to respond.

As a result, family members can feel like they're carrying out the search by themselves, circulating ''missing" flyers, maintaining websites, raising reward money, and passing along tips to law enforcement officials.

Louise Holmburg of Bristol, N.H., has turned her van into a traveling billboard about her nephew Boulet, complete with his picture on the side and an e-mail address (findlorne@yahoo.com) for tips. She said people often assume that because Boulet is 25 and weighs more than 200 pounds, he can take care of himself, but ''he's a kid at heart. . . . My best guess would be that his mind got the best of him and he walked away."

Holmburg, like other relatives of missing people with mental illness, is bitter at the lack of public interest compared with the intense focus on sensational cases like ''runaway bride" Jennifer Wilbanks, who initially claimed she had been abducted before admitting she fled because of anxiety about her wedding.

Officials at Project Jason, a Nebraska organization that spotlights missing people, said the media have covered only one of their last seven press releases about a missing adult, most of whom have mental illness.

Once mentally ill people leave their home area, advocates say, they're unlikely to be located unless police stop them by chance and run their name through the FBI's National Criminal Information Center, which has a list of missing people that is available only to law enforcement agencies.

The private National Center for Missing Adults maintains the most extensive publicly available list (www.theyaremissed.org ), but its site includes only about 1,173 names, and only a fraction of those are mentally ill.

''Not only is it like looking for a needle in a haystack, but there's a million haystacks and you're blindfolded," said Kelly Jolkowski, founder of Project Jason (www.projectjason.org ), named after her 19-year-old son, who did not have a history of mental illness but disappeared from his Nebraska driveway in 2001. ''There really aren't a lot of resources for missing adults."

Many families get discouraged about the lack of progress -- and even interest -- in finding their loved one. People who have been diagnosed with mental illness are likely to be off their medications, making them more unpredictable as the weeks drag on -- and more likely to hurt themselves. Up to 40 percent of people with schizophrenia attempt suicide at some point, and people with major mental illnesses are more likely to abuse drugs, putting their safety further at risk.

James Bowman of Kiamesha Lake, N.Y., suspects that his son is dead, a year and a half after he left their home in the middle of the night. Patrick Bowman, who would now be 47, suffers from bipolar disorder, which subjected him to wide and unpredictable mood swings, his father said, a problem made worse by a cocaine addiction.

''Whatever happened to him is limited only by your imagination," said the elder Bowman. ''The only thing I want is that he's not suffering."

FBI officials said the situation for families is far from hopeless. Law enforcement agencies check their database 5 million times daily, including for routine background checks of people stopped for traffic violations. Agency officials estimate that police checks of the FBI list helped in the recovery of 50,000 missing adults and children last year, though only a small fraction of that number were mentally ill adults.

Police say they take the disappearance of adults very seriously when there are doubts about the person's safety. For instance, Corpus Christi, Texas, police conducted helicopter searches of a remote beach last month where a depressed man abandoned his car after leaving a suicide note. Samuel Young Chong had dropped out of college without telling his parents, who apparently triggered Chong's disappearance when they came for what they believed would be his graduation.

Mike Walsh, commander of criminal investigations for the Corpus Christi police, said, ''We were expecting, based on the rhetoric, that we were going to find a body. Instead, police ultimately traced Chong to Los Angeles, allowing a relative to find him at an Internet cafe there and persuade him to return home.

But for every missing person like Chong, whose case has a happy ending, there are many more like Michael Jarvi of Naselle, Wash., a man with schizophrenia last seen before he abandoned his Ford Escort in an Oregon trailer park in March 2002. His parents received word from a DVD club recently that Jarvi's membership has been paid through April 2005, suggesting that he's still alive, but most of the other supposed tips have gone nowhere.

''How do you even guess where he is?" said Jarvi's father, James Jarvi. ''Every day you think about it, but you've just got to hope for the best.""

David, Lilly's boyfriend prior to Christen is Jose David Lamoso, he is in jail right now. Think he was in there when she vanished in June 07. He's Palden's dad.

That blog posting of Kelly's refers to an apartment Lilly & David shared. They were both clean for a long time. At that apt in Little Haiti, Christen was living in a unit upstairs. That's when they met him. Christen helped David by giving him a job. And helped them by showering them with gifts.

Kelly's influence was definitely very bad for Lilly. Kelly had given up her baby not too long before. David relapsed first. Lilly tried very hard to help him.

Kelly and Lilly met in Middle School.

The most frustrating part of Lilly's case has obviously been that there has been no help from the media, no help really from the police, I mean...look at all this sick stuff that you all found that Christen has typed out on his computer, and can you believe the police never took the computer from him to check out?!

The detective in charge of her case has yet to answer anyone of our emails of questions and tips, which is no big surprise considering that he doesn't answer them from Lilly's own family either!

http://www.dc.state.fl.us/ActiveOffender....ionID=595511456

Here is Jose David Lamoso in jail. This is the father of Lilly's child Palden.

Last heard he's schedule to be released May 15, just 3 days from now.

Why did Christien put an article in the paper that said he had a son, if he didn't? (Or did he..)
Not him...pretty sure...

Who was Lilly going to marry, and do we know why that didn't take place? (Per Kelly's blog)
Lilly was supposed to marry Christen I think about a month earlier, not sure why it didn't take place.

Were Lilly and Christien 'together' when Lilly disappeared?
Lilly and Christen were boyfriend and girlfriend when Lilly disappeared.

It looks like Kelly met Christien through Lilly.
Then at some point Kelly and Christien were together.
Then Lilly and Christien were back together maybe.
Lilly and her boyfriend (about 2 to 3 years ago) moved into an apartment complex where Christen lived upstairs, that's how they met him.

Lilly and Kelly met eachother in High School.

Kelly and Christen were together first, before Lilly and Christen got together. Also, Christen had some kind of sexual relations with David (Lilly's ex-boyfriend) as well.

So why was Kelly asleep in the bed the night Lilly disappeared?
My guess, they have a strange kind of dysfunctional family they created based on drug use, where they crash wherever and whenever. Thoughts are that Kelly fell asleep in Christen and Lilly's room, David went in the room where Kelly was sleeping, he says just to wake her up to go to the couch so that Lilly could go to bed. But, maybe Lilly thought they were in there doing something, got upset and left...or so is how the story is told by Kelly. Thus the only person who saw Lilly leave with a bungee cord (reportedly) is this DJ, who we have nothing on.

DJ is reportedly (per Kelly & Christen) the only one in the living room at the time and only one who actually saw Lilly leave, at 2am to pick flowers with a bungee cord...insert rolling of eyes here...

But, we have no idea who DJ could be, Lilly's family and friends had never heard of anyone named DJ before...have the police tried to find a DJ? Um, no...the police only finally half-azzed questioned Christen SIX MONTHS after Lilly seemingly vanished into thin air.

Lilly,

It's been almost a year since that fateful night you disappeared - 6/2/07.

I want you to know I'll always remember you, your stories, your contagious laugh, sense of humor, kindness and most of all, your humanity.

I'll will continue my work to tell the world about you. And won't stop until you are found. It's my sincere wish and I pray that wherever you are, you are safe, healthy and strong.

It saddens me so much not knowing what happened to you. Palden is getting older, he's talking now! And soon he will start asking questions.

I can only imagine your suffering those last few days at Christen's. I know you were arguing & fighting with Christen and Kelly. Did something go terribly wrong? WHY hasn't he made more of an effort to find you when you were engaged to be married??

I'm so sorry for what you've been through. And my heart is heavy for not being closer to you before that horrible night...

Until we meet again, stay strong, determined and never lose faith! Your family and friends love you and will never give up...

A BIG hug & THANK YOU to Jamie for creating this moving tribute for our Lilly. THANK YOU to all those compassionate women, all over the US, that have stepped up so selflessly . Your kindness and hard work is appreciated. Lilly's family & friends are very grateful. You've shown us more love & support than our own neighbors. May you be blessed with the same love and support in your own lives.

Subject: Lucely "Lilly" Aramburo, Missing and Forgotten in Miami

Lucely "Lilly" Aramburo is only one of the many missing and forgotten persons in Miami. However, from being from a journalism background myself, I'd like to fill you in a bit on what makes Lilly's case in particular one so very worth covering.

* Lilly was a former child star from the popular program Sabado Gigante. * Lilly's case was not submitted until 2 weeks after it was reported, seemingly due to a dectective's vacation and low priority/care factor level.
* Lilly has a beautiful little boy, Palden, now living with Lilly's Mother, who cries each and every day for his Mommy.
* Lilly had recently become a new Christian, dedicated her life to Jesus, entered herself into rehab and was full of joy and hope for a healthy future.
* Lilly's fiance, Christen Pacheco, says that Lilly walked out of his apartment at 2:00am with nothing more than 2 bungee cords to go pick flowers.
* Lilly's "friend" Kelly Starling has a MySpace page that includes a blog entry entitled "Lillie is a Monster" in which she lashes out thoughts of violent rage towards Lilly.
* Lilly's fiance, Christen and "friend" Kelly were the last ones to see her and whom reported her, 24 plus hours later missing, setting up a seemingly suicide scenario.
* Christen was not even questioned by the LE until 6 months after Lilly went missing, despite urgent pleas from Lilly's family who believe he should be a main suspect.
* Lilly's 1 year Vigil is being held on June 1st, 2008, a new missing persons local Miami organization has been started on her behalf in order to help other missing persons in Miami as well.
* The internet is steadily becoming on fire to spread the news about this missing young Mother, yet no other form of local media has yet to cover her story.
* With media coverage the possibilities to help so many more individuals in the Miami area are endless, but we need a compassionate journalist to share Lilly's story in order to really get the ball rolling, I think that compassionate individual is you.

Hi there. I'm trying to help the family of Lilly Aramburo get the word out on her disappearance. I understand you have contact with some of the people who last saw her at Christen's house. I'm wondering if you could connect me to them so I can get some more details.
Thanks!

Justice in Miami 1 Year Anniversary Candlelight Vigil – An Awareness event for our MISSING LOVED ONES – & Butterfly Release Dedication

June 1st, 2008 (6:00-8:00PM)

Peacock Park, Coconut Grove, FL

Mission
Justice in Miami promotes awareness of missing persons cases in Miami. It manifested with the case of Lucely “Lilly” Aramburo. Lilly went missing from Miami, FL and her case received no media attention. Our main priorities are to create awareness events, motivate the media to write about missing or kidnapped children & missing person cases and to educate children & parents about keeping children safe. We want to start conversations in the community and act as an advocate for those whose voices are seldom heard.

Justice in MIAMI Vigil

Justice in Miami’s 1st Anniversary Candlelight Vigil for Lilly and all our MISSING loved ones event is dedicated to Lilly Aramburo, a Miami mother who vanished one year ago. We are also remembering all missing persons across the nation. We will have a butterfly release & multi faith prayer vigil.

Very interesting fact on Lilly, she was a CHILD STAR!

She was in special acting classes & modeling--the show (in spanish) is called Sabado Gigante; and its still on now-really big in univision!

http://money.cnn.com/2006/02/22/news/newsmakers/sb_fortune/index.htm

The longest-running program in the history of television may be one of the reasons Univision will be attractive to buyers.

NEW YORK (FORTUNE) - Even if you don't speak Spanish, you've probably seen -- or at least heard of -- Sabado Gigante, the campy variety show that airs on Univision on Saturday nights.

An oddball mix of game show, skit comedy and musical entertainment, Sabado Gigante has become an emblem -- and icon -- of Spanish-language television: World leaders from President George W. Bush to Mexican President Vicente Fox have made campaign stops at Sabado Gigante's Miami studios; and a Saturday Night Live spoof of Latin television is clearly inspired by the show.

What you probably don't know is that Sabado Gigante is the longest-running program in the history of television. Launched in Chile more than 42 years ago by an aspiring actor named Mario Kreutzberger, the program moved to the U.S. in 1986. The show is broadcast in more than 40 countries and Kreutzberger, better known as Sabado Gigante's gregarious host, "Don Francisco," easily is Hispanic television's best-known television personality.

Sabado Gigante also happens to be an advertiser's dream. Many of Univision's programs are supplied by Mexican television giant Grupo Televisa or Venezuelan operator Venevision. That means Univision can't capitalize on the product-placement craze of recent years, inserting say, Dell Computers or Coca-Cola cans in key scenes.

But Sabado Gigante is produced entirely for Univision (Research), and like the variety shows of the 1950s and 1960s, it isn't shy about promoting its sponsors heavily throughout the program itself. Don Francisco sometimes leads the audience in advertisers' jingles. For one sponsor pushing laundry detergent, Sabado Gigante wrote a skit about one of the regular characters trying to get a stain out of her shirt.

Programs such as Sabado Gigante may be one of the reasons Univision will be attractive to a U.S. media company looking to reach the fast-growing Hispanic market. (Earlier this month, Univision said it would consider selling the company. Possible buyers include private-equity companies, Univision partner Grupo Televisa and American media companies such as CBS Corp. (Research), Disney (Research), News Corp. (Research) and Time Warner (Research), parent of FORTUNE and CNNMoney.com.)

Forty years on, Sabado Gigante remains incredibly popular, attracting a remarkably young audience and garnering strong ratings. Click here for a look inside the popular show.

More on who Lilly was...

Lilly enjoyed 50's music, loved the oldies! She also liked to listen to Smashing Pumpkins, Sublime, Nirvana, Radiohead, she used to love listening to Cat Power and Bright Eyes in my car.

She loved playing with my girls, she'd sit & play with them for hours, her favorite thing to do with them was arts & crafts, they related to eachother

She's creative and artsy but tends to be more on the hippy side, wears baggy cargo shorts, jeans ripped on bottom, long skirts, thrift shop lover for sure! she really liked boots. Doc Martins.

She loves Mexico, always hoping to go back, always remembering the beauty of it
she told lots of stories although she wasn't the most effective communicator, she was very intuitive & sensitive, loves animals, loves board games

Please go here to read the story of missing person, Lucely Lilly Aramburo, from Miami, FL...I've been helping her family and close friend to get news on her case out to the media. It will be an entire year since Lilly went missing this June 2nd, yet there has yet to be one mention of her in any Miami media outlets.

However, just a few hours ago Susan Murphy Milano wrote a story about Lilly and posted it on her site, which is one of the main sources that Nancy Grace and similar media outlets draw ideas from for future, upcoming show topics.

Please follow this link to Lilly's story and post a comment about it on Milano's site, the more comments Lilly's story receives the greater the chances are that many media outlets will finally help give this sweet girl a voice. Thanks so very much!

Seriously, though, we are all in this case for a resolution and will be in it until it comes. This site really started the ball rolling by finding so much of the information early on. I can honestly say we probably wouldn't have gotten this far without this site and the information that all of you pulled together.

Actually many of us come from different forums and we have provided links to here, also.

Thanks for all of your help and support and let's keep the steam up on this case for Lilly and Palden and their family.

It is all so great, but, I hate saying BUT, btw...lol Wondering if anyone knows a good possible pro bono attorney that could help Lilly's Mom? My heart is breaking for her right now, she so desperately need our help!

I'm not sure if I'm relaying this exactly right, a bit confusing to me, but I do know that David (Palden's biological father) has already waived his paternal rights some time ago, even before Lilly went missing. However, the reason the adoption is not going through as quickly (of course ;)) as Lucely hoped is because of her low income, she sells flowers on the street, you know... :-/

And, I guess that in order for her to adopt him, she needs to prove that she would not be adopting him just to get the government assistance that having him as a dependent would bring.

But, due to her low income, this may be difficult to prove. The poor lady is so incredibly distraught thinking that now she might lose Palden as well. Doesn't sound like David would even try to regain custody, thank goodness. But, I can't imagine Palden ending up in a foster home, just due to $, Lucely is a wonderful Mom and adores the precious angel...

Roamer
05-13-2008, 11:31 AM
Is there a Legal Aid Society there that can help Lilly's mom?

Also, you might post on the blog site the reporter just started. An attorney might just see it and offer their help.

January2
05-13-2008, 11:31 AM
So, now that the media is finally catching on, wanting to give our sweet Lilly a voice, my heart feels compelled to take on a new mission to help Lucely, Lilly's Mom, Palden calls her Mama now, he was only 9 months old when Lilly vanished, Lucely is all he knows, they are very close, for the most part attached to one another. We can't let them be torn apart, right?!

January2

Thank You, Roamer! Would sharing this info. there at all jeopardize Lucely's adoption attempts? I just want to make sure that I don't ever do anything to hinder, or hurt them....and I'm by far no legal expert...

January2
05-13-2008, 11:37 AM
Some of the attitudes and bashing that I've seen on the internet regarding a missing persons case. It makes us hesitant to even bring up Lucely's name, just want to protect her and Palden, that's why I'm asking here, a place filled with compassion...what to do, how best to share or not share this?

Roamer
05-13-2008, 11:37 AM
I can't be sure about that, January. Might not be a good idea at this time. I wouldn't want to harm rather than help her mom.

Do check into Legal Aid, though. If this case can get into the news, as it looks like it finally might, there will probably be lawyers begging to come onboard, just for the publicity.

January2
05-13-2008, 11:45 AM
Thanks, Roamer, you have such a beautiful heart and are so knowledgeable, I really appreciate it, I'm going to go check into Legal Aid right now.

Just to share a little bit about Lucely. This is a woman, who from the start has been searching for her daughter, on foot, and if not for Janet, all alone! Going into the seediest, dangerous areas with no fear, because she just has to find her daughter. Getting up at 4AM just to pass out flyers, going to bed late into the night, because she's often still on foot, still searching.

Lucely has her sweet mother and Palden, but that's basically it. Other family members have all moved out of Miami, Lucely would have moved too, but she can't, she refuses to move, because she must believe that one day Lilly is going to walk back through the door, one day the phone will ring and Lilly willing be calling. I don't even think her heart is able to go to the very likely possibility that Lilly may never be coming back.

And Miami, I cannot fathom their lack of compassion, most stores and establishments flat out REFUSE to post a flyer of Lilly and the ones that do, tear it down, or have it torn down within just a couple of days.

Lucely never even knew that their was such a thing as a family advocate until Kelly from Project Jason shared this just recently with Janet. The police never gave her any info., any help whatsoever, not even a piece of paper with numbers to call for possible help, nothing!

January2
05-13-2008, 11:55 AM
I also just wanted to share one more thing quickly for now about Lucely and Lilly, because I think I should clear things up as to exactly why Lilly was in a homeless shelter while pregnant...

Lilly was an independent girl, so determined to better herself, to prove that she could do it alone for Palden, so when she became pregnant and David's Mom "kidnapped" him and shipped him off to rehab (not a bad thing, in and of itself, btw...) Lilly's was suddenly left alone, no David, no job, no income...

Lucely pleaded with Lilly to come live with her, but Lilly wanted to be independent, to learn how to do it all on her own, to prepare to be a single Mom for Palden, so despite her Mother's inability to understand, Lilly moved into a homeless shelter. She took lots of Parenting classes there, Prenatal Yoga, classes on how to help her obtain employment that would best provide for her and her sweet baby boy.

Being in the homeless shelter while pregnant, wasn't her only option, she chose it...

I think Lilly would have grown into such a beautiful Mom...

Does anyone here have connections to set up a tip line? At the moment, other than the LE tipline (and we are afraid to know what happens to those tips!) a private cell phone number is being used. If someone could take this on and get us some information it would be greatly appreciated.

The reporter doing the blog might have info on that, Delilah.

Also, I suggested to January that your people need to see about getting Lilly and her info on this site: http://www.theyaremissed.org/ncma/index.php

They also have tons of resources and links there that may help.

Hello friends,
I thought I'd share something about this. I've been in touch with a case worker named Tanya from NCMA, the org you refer to above. I sent her all the info on Lilly's case along with pictures and mailed the registration form. But this is a reply I got from her when following up...

I am still waiting for confirmation on Lilly's case. I first sent the information to Det. Mancha on 4/23/08 and did not receive a response. I resent the information to Det. Mancha and Sgt. Varela on 5/8/08 hoping to get verification from one of them but have yet to hear anything. Because of our funding situation I am working from home on these cases a lot so currently email is the easiest way for them to reach me. I did include my phone number but have not received any messages from them either. I will try again to get confirmation so I can post her.

Sincerely,
Tanya Young

Another perfect example of our experience with LE. She's not even listed on the FDLE website. I'm not even 100% sure she has a NCIC #, although the detective said she does. He never let me have it. He sent over a police doc from their database but I have no idea what the # is. It's been nothing but one obstacle to another. Something as simple as getting her case listed in the Crimestoppers website is impossible. I spoke to their media relations people, their crimestoppers people (they're in the same office) and begged for their help to get her on there. Yet although I offered to email the police report and everything I have about the case, they said they can't take my "word" for it. They need the detective assigned to the case to call them and request it! But as expressed many times before, Detective Mancha ignores emails and phone calls. They still haven't listed her there because of his refusal to make a simple phone call. It's truly a nightmare to have to rely on them to help find our precious Lilly.

Can I Get A Hell Ya!?

HELL YA!!

You are the real deal, Jamie. Tight work. You beautiful women are inspirational. Although it took this tragedy to get to know all of you, I am rejoicing that our lives crossed paths. There is nothing we can't accomplish together. I know we will bring her home.

Yogini, let me have a couple of our people look into this and see if there's any way we can help get Lilly's case listed.

In the meantime, my suggestion would be to go to the top. If those two won't pay attention to your requests, go to their superiors.

Roamer, that is a terrific idea. Would anyone know how to get a list on here of Miami Dade officers? Maybe going from Det. Mancha and on up the ladder to the Chief of Police if we have to. Maybe we could start emailing or calling until we get something from somebody.

See what resources you can find here, Delilah: http://www.miamidade.gov/MDPD/

I would suggest, if you can, do it by phone or in person. Emails often get shuffled aside.

Thanks, TP! I didn't look long enough to find specifics. That's the person they should try for then.

Call until they get so sick of your messages that he returns them.

This is a shame that they won't respond at all and she isn't listed yet. It may be helpful in the long run if Lilly's mom keeps a journal of what is said or done with every contact she has with the detectives.

Would letters to the editor of the local paper be of help to get the story out there.

I haven't heard back yet, but maybe she can give us some advice and we can set up a plan to make LE listen to this and do something.

I already shared this with Yogini, but I thought I'd share here too...

Case in Canada where a mother was treated terribly by LE with her daughters missing persons case, you'll probably relate somewhat to her story, no doubt...
http://www.vanishedvoices.com/July8th.html

She not only fought back, but she also did this (imo) cool thing, she had a poster made with a photo of all the missing persons her area LE's should be working on, past and present, cold cases included...and then she had them made into a poster to hang in LE's office, just as a reminder, so that the eyes of all these women would be looking at the Detectives on Missing Persons Cases everyday, reminding them to not forget them.

The family needs to keep pressure on LE. Contact media, daily. Get interviews from media. If you get one journalist interested, that person will contact LE for details which will give public awareness.. The more media attention the better!!

My advice would be go to LE daily if possible. Have a list of questions written down to ask. Example; have you questioned ?, if not, when do you plan to.

Keep a journal.

Be Persistent!!

My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends.

God Bless You All,

Faith

Faith, you have a beautiful heart, so great to see more care for Lilly.

The most frustrating thing of this case is that all those things are being done yet it seems that every time that one compassionate journalist takes interest and really wants to help...they just don't follow through...

I was supposed to speak with a journalist on Monday, she was very excited to help tell Lilly's story, she was shocked that the Miami Herald had yet to write one single word about Lilly's disappearance, yet despite my NUMEROUS attempts to contact her on Monday, yesterday as well as this morning, all of sudden, she is silent. And this is not unusual, something is blocking these journalists from helping, one can't help but imagine that the block is a call to Miami-Dade LE.

I have had to go thru and delete quite a few posts.. I am wanting to find Lilly also, but I can not take the risk of this board being shut down because of defamation. It could be a liability to us publishing names and numbers and encouraging contact with named officers and alleging wrong doing with out proof to back it up. You can not post pictures of others without their written consent, unless the photo is posted somewhere else on the web. It must then be accompanied with a link as to where it came from. Same thing with any quote by anyone, or articles.. they must have a link back to where the original is located.

Thanks,

Governor Charlie Crist: Help Us Find Lilly Aramburo

On April 25, 2007, Our investigation into theMissing Miami Mother Lilly Amaburo and her fiance' Christen Pacheco, (pictured above) found the couple applied for a marriage license on April 25, 2007. See details below:

Application Number: (Year-Number)2007-008528
Status:NOT RETURNED*
Application Date:APR-25-2007
Groom Name: (First Middle Last)CHRISTEN ROBERT PACHECO
Birth Date:JAN-25-1975
Birth Place:NEW YORK
Groom Reside, City:MIAMI
County:MIAMI DADE
State or Foreign Country:FLORIDA
Bride Name: (First Middle Last / Maiden)LUCELY ARAMBURO
Birth Date:NOV-16-1983
Birth Place:CALIFORNIA
Bride Reside, City:MIAMI
County:MIAMI DADE
State or Foreign Country:FLORIDA

Aproximately thirty-six days later, Lilly Aramburo, vanished. The last person(s) to see her alive was Miami Businessman, Christen Pacheco and a long time friend by the name of Kelly Rae Starling. Both say that Lilly left her loving future at two in the morning in her pajama's to go and pick flowers. She had no shoes or slippers on her feet, she left her purse and cell phone in the home she and Christen Pacheco shared. Most of all, she left her one year old son.

The explaination from Christen Pacheo who also heads up a not for profit agency in the State of Flordia called Kidz Comfort Zone, Inc., knows what happened that night.

Police have yet to investigate the disappearance of this Miami Mother, Lilly Aramburo. On June 2, 2008 it will be one year since Lilly vanished. Since the police have ignored the families pleas to investigate this case, it's time to take it to Governor Charlie Crist.

I am asking that you take a moment and email the Governor of Florida.

Copy and paste this post and send it to: Charlie.Crist@myflorida.com
And ask him to help us bring Lilly Aramburo home!

I did relisten to the radio show and found it very interesting via suggestions from the guest as to what steps to take with getting help.

Thanks for letting me know, Tigress....these broadcasts are wonderful. The dialog is so much more emphatic when you can hear it instead of read it on the boards. Thank God these people decided that this case is worth their time. Maybe we will see a lot of positive results come from it.

This is a comment left by Lilly's close friend, it is both heartbreaking and infuriating.....

"but we're staying off the dope now, i'm not going to do any while we're living with lilly and david b/c theyre clean"
This is a quote from kelly- PROOF that Lilly was doing very well before KELLY came back into the picture!!!

Lilly was CLEAN that week when she was in rehab, (3 days before she VANISHED) she was CLEAR in her own mind, she wrote beautiful journal entries about her hopes & dreams of a good future with her baby, Palden. She wrote letters to friends about how hopeful she was.

Yet the DAY CHRISTEN picks her up for her court appearance, she fails a drug test given by the court. She INSISTED, under oath, that she had NOT used any drugs. She was adamant about it! But nobody believed her. Thinking back, it is a possibility that he drugged her without her knowledge. Lilly had previously shared with family that she had awoken several times in his apartment with her arms bleeding, with track marks and full of HICKEYS. She NEVER injected herself NEVER!! She was deathly afraid of needles. Christen would do ANYTHING to keep her with HIM.

She was in TREMENDOUS fear for her life. She called someone shortly before her disappearance, crying, scared, desperate for HELP.

So sad to think that she tried so hard to reach out for help, she begged & pleaded. But nobody DID ANYTHING TO HELP. They didn't do anything..

It's so painful to see how MDPD has FAILED her, how the system FAILED her. How some of her friends FAILED her. Partying, living it up, NEVER taking the time to even LOOK for her. NEVER cooperating with police through their own efforts.

There are MANY clues and enough evidence, at the very least, for the MDPD to make this case higher up on their priority list. What is it going to take for LE and media to do the right thing?

PLEASE PLEASE HELP DEMAND JUSTICE FOR LILLY. Write emails to Governor Crist. Simply copy & paste the article. There are a lot more people that can be contacted to put some MUCH NEEDED PRESSURE on MDPD.
PLEASE do everything in your power to bring closure to this family. MDPD should be investigated for their disregard in this case. Lilly is a human being and all human life is precious.

DEMAND JUSTICE FOR LILLY!Her mother is SUFFERING so much. Her son is slowly losing any memories he had of his mommy. It's the right thing to do.

See if for yourself, folks. Christen, who has recent drug charges, has been working with children. Has he come clean and made a turnaround in his life? Or is he scamming a legitimate organization with good intentions towards children? Who is he making himself out to be this time?

Our Creed!
Kidz Comfort Zone, A Florida based nonprofit organization, declares the following: “With dedication, devotion, determination, and love we will improve, empower and nurture children and adolescence, of low and middle income families, with the skills necessary to succeed in life, while engaging new endeavors with confidence, clarity and the mind set to overcome.“ Our creed embodies our commitment to provide educational and leisure activities that promote the core values and fundamentals acquired through school, family, religion, and community. While all members are welcome to participate in any and all activities offered by us, we perform initial screening processes that assist in choosing an activities program that will be best suited to meet the individual’s needs. We are funded through grants, fundraising, contributions, and donations. Throughout the year we also hold special events, raffles, give-a-ways, and benefit dinners. Lilly Aramburo: Blood Stained Road Must Be Investigated By Miami Police

It is a blood stained journey on the road in the investigation of Lilly Aramburo. All pointing to the two individuals Christen Pacheo and Kelly Rae Sterling who were last with Lilly back on the night of June 2, 2007.

It is possible that by accident Christen Pacheo received a bad batch of drugs and gave them to Lilly that night. He may have panicked when he could not wake her. Then he waited after twenty-four hours to contact the police. With the body not likely to have been moved out of the area until afterwards, when it was safe.

Once the police arrived at two in the morning, a report was made by the responding officer, who had personal ties to Christen Pacheo. The report was buried along with important evidence that no doubt should have been investigated by the Miami Police Department.

Was Lilly still in the house someplace when police took the report? It is possible.

As the boyfriend, fiance', Christen Pacheo was never brought into the station and questioned. Nor was his place of residence ever searched. Had police entered the next day with a search warrant, I probably would not be writing this post.

Miami Citizens should be outraged! This could be your child or relative whose cries for simple assistance have fallen on deaf ears.

Maybe if everyone who reads this would take just a moment to email the following folks it would make the journey into this investigation more productive and those who are paid to do their jobs would finally solve a crime, long overdue!

I am putting a call out to everyone......

If anyone knows how we can trace the "totalled" black Cadillac Escalade that was once either owned or leased by Christen Pacheco, please let us know. I have no idea where to start on connecting the dots to this particular vehicle, but I feel it is of utmost importance to the case if we can find it and have it gone over with a fine tooth comb.

So if you know how to get this information, or know anyone who does, please contact me or anyone here. Thanks.....I know you are out there!

If it had a GPS system in it you may could use that but other than that, the only way I know is using the plate number with DMV and see if the vehicle was transfered to a new owner. The old plates had to be surrendered if that happened and new owner information would be in their records.

If you can get the police report on the accident you will then be able to get the vin#.. then you can go through the DMV and they can tell you where the vehicle is. If it has been crushed they will know because the title has to be turned back in to them when that is done.

Really, REALLY great write up on Lilly by Susan Murphy Milano...PLEASE, pretty Please Comment?! TY...

Today, a meeting took place with Detective Amancha, Miami Police Department who is assigned to the missing person case of Lilly Aramburo.

I mean no respect to the men and women with the Miami Police Department who work around the clock to fight and solve crime on the street of Miami. I decided to post a memo regarding Lilly Aramburo.

TO: Detective Amancha:

FROM: Susan Murphy Milano

RE: Lilly Aramburo

Allow me to assist you in your job pertaining to the investigation into the disappearance of
this woman who did not just "vanish"

In your meeting today with Lilly's family you stated the need for the vehicle identification number for the 2005 Black SUV Escalade owned by one Christian Pacheco. I believe that is your responsibility to contact the Florida departments of motor vehicles and obtain that number. Or obtain the various traffic violations of Christian Pacheco between November of 2006 through May of 2007 and it will provide you with that vehicle number.

Or you can check the following vehicle tags here are the numbers:

Florida Tag # TZ192G
Florida Tag # 45988L

One of the above vehicle tags will provide you with the vin number you need.

The 2005 Escalade also had a GPS system in the car. With the vin number you can contact the folks at Onstar and have them trace the last known area this car was in. And just maybe you will find it and locate Lilly Aramburo. Records indicate Christen Pacheco did not total his SUV. He did not make an insurance claim on this vehicle. He left shortly after
filling a missing persons report that sat on someone's desk. A few days later he told people he was in an accident and totaled the car.

Charge card records between 5/2/07 through 6/11/07 may provide important information.

In addition, the couple filed for a marriage licence on 4/25/2007. Christen Pacheco was the last person to see Lilly Aramburo alive. Perhaps go to a judge and obtain a search warrant at head over to Christen Pacheco's residence and you just might find important blood evidence on the carpet and in various spots throughout the condo. Lilly's blood type can be checked against hospital records and records from St. Luke's rehab center.

I am available to assist you any way possible. There are red flags all over this case. And they point in only one single direction.
###############

Folks we need your assistance Miami Police Department appears busy these days taping episodes foe the crime show the first 48. This case is not that cold to investigate and make an arrest.

This is an outrage that Lilly hasn't been given ANY attention from LE or the media in a YEAR!

There is no reason or excuse good enough for this travesty.

We have uncovered and investigated more in a few weeks, and have more information, than Miami police have done in a whole year.

This could and has happened to many, many people in the area. LE has to know that we will not go away quietly.

PLEASE DO YOUR PART.....someday it could be your family member or loved one.

It would be great if everyone would go there to make comments so the thread does not go to the bottom and get lost.

Also, please make a lot of comments at Susan's entry, this is so important to keep this case HOT and hopefully get picked up by national media.

This is what it takes, rallying the troops!.....Thanks to everyone!

Yes, Breezy, they have the VIN# and will be searching it is what I was told.

And thank you so much for the suggestion on the local Miami Topix thread. Hope we get some locals to comment.

Lucely "Lilly" Aramburo--Missing

In June 2007, in Miami, a young mother went missing. Her name is Lucely "Lilly" Aramburo. She was reported missing the next day by her boyfriend, Christen Pacheco, BEFORE he called her mother to see if she had heard from her or seen her.

Six, unproductive, months later detectives questioned Mr. Pacheco. Of course, there is no longer anyphysical evidence left, and now 1 year later we find that Mr. Pacheco had an 'accident', his vehicle was totalled, but never reported to the insurance company.

This case has a lot of questions that need to be answered, either by MDPD or the media. MDPD did not register Lilly in the missing persons data bases, they did not conduct an investigation, they will not answer phone calls, emails, etc. to the family and friends of Lilly.

Why does the Herald and other Miami newspapers refuse to even run a story about this?

Please help get the word out on this case.

FINALLY....after a whole year of trying, we have had a response from the MiamiDade Police Department!

It was just a form email blast, several of us received one, but I will take that as a positive any day over being totally ignored by LE and media and local govt. officials.

If you are one who has taken this case to heart and written on Lilly's behalf, I thank you from the bottom of my heart and PLEASE continue until Lilly comes home.

I hope tonight's candlelight vigil helps bring awareness to Lilly's case and the disdain with lack of investigation on her behalf felt by many will widen. Hopefully, the LE Department will see that Lilly is not and will not be forgotten and a real effort needs to be made to find her. :1222423:

Great idea from member at other board, I'm quoting here...

Just a favor and a reminder.

Most of us here are not following the case of Lilly Aramburo, but she is a young Mom who's been missing for a year tomorrow from Miami, FL. The cops did nothing for a year.

Tonight is her candlelight vigil.

Since we cannot attend, please consider lighting a candle for her where you are.

6pm eastern
5pm central
4pm mountain
3pm pacific
and so on

Just got an email about Lilly's vigil. It was covered on the news! About 6 channels will be covering it tonight. About 75 people showed up and it is reported that it was beautiful. Good things are starting to happen now! Thanks everyone for your support.

Awesome!!! So thrilled the media has finally taken up this case... maybe if the people keep up pressure they will do updates on her case too. And not let it be a 3 minute announcement and then forgotten.

Here is a short video clip that was on the news. This brings it all home and makes it real....

Wonderful, respectful, and dignified way to bring awareness. The team in Miami brought it all together with your help and support.

If I might speak for Delilah as well on my part, this "Finding Lilly" experience has also shown us what a huge difference a little effort towards helping a seemingly "neglected" by most, missing persons case can mean...

We are inspired to use what we have learned to help others as well, thanks so much for having a place so well suited for doing so...

January that is one of our goals, to make more people aware of missing persons. Also the fact that so many of them are all but forgotten and slip through the cracks. We have a lot of dedicated people here that are trying to get the word out, but it is great to also get new people like yourself and delilah involved. This is what it takes to get attention to the forgotten cases and to make a difference...

Thank you so much to everyone :1222423:

The butterfly fluttering on Lillys mother's fingertip and that of the child was marvelously beautiful. Perhaps it was Lilly sending a message that she, too, was there and not to lose hope.

VIDEO OF THE 1ST ANNUAL SAFETY AWARENESS EVENT & CANDLELIGHT VIGIL IN HONOR OF LILLY ARAMBURO

On Sunday, June 1st, 2008, Justice in Miami, Subliminal Pixels Lab, Maggie's Rose, and PK Graphics, sponsored a community safety event on the 1 year anniversary of Lilly Aramburo's disappearance. The event was a success.

We listened to live music courtesy of Power 96. Safety information and ID kits were handed out to parents and children. Guests signed in to receive their ribbon and candle. We had the beautiful "Lilly" line of hats and headbands, for sale. They were designed and donated courtesy of Maggie's Rose. You can see my girls and Havanna in the video wearing their hats. Everyone had something nice to say about them! Thank you, Sara! If you'd like more information on the "Lilly" line, please feel free to go to the Maggie's Rose website or contact us.

The butterfly ceremony/meditation was amazing. You could see the butterflies landing on our fingers and hands and the prayer flags in the background, blowing in the wind, releasing prayers for Lilly and all beings. A poem was read by Renea, Maya Angelou's "Touched by an Angel". And I read an excerpt from The Way of the Boddhisattva by Shantideva. We have a video clip of that below.

As a sign of solidarity with families of missing loved ones everywhere, Pastor Tony Isaacs led a special prayer. Our intention was that as each individual candle was added to the whole, it showed victims and their loved ones that there is a ray of hope.

All of the efforts were dedicated in honor of missing persons and victims everywhere, specifically, Lilly Aramburo, Heather "Kitty" Riggio, and Jennifer Kesse. Our aspiration is that they receive justice and the attention they deserve.

We'd like to extend a special thank you to our volunteers, (in no special order) Vivian, Renea, Sara, Delilah, Jamie, Hope Movement, the volunteers from Christ Fellowship, Pastor Tony Isaacs and all those who desire not to be mentioned (you know who you are!!)Thank you to our internet activists, our bloggers and friends in demanding justice...
And last but not least, a big hug and my sincere thanks to Bagua

THANK YOU! Your love and support helps us get through these difficult times. We stand with you in pride and gratitude. May you always live in truth and peace.

Although we had media present, only one channel and it's affiliate played it on the news.

Here is that clip from the vigil http://cbs4.com/video/?id=55873@wfor.dayport.com
