First search done, more on the way

More than 40 volunteers turned out Saturday for the first family-led search for missing Bolingbrook mother Stacy Peterson.

Searchers spent more than eight hours combing wooded areas and open fields near the Illinois and Michigan Canal in Joliet. Although the search didn’t turn up anything groundbreaking, lead organizer Roy Taylor said the group will continue to meet every weekend until weather stops them.

“As long as it takes, that’s our new motto,” Taylor said. “As long as it takes, we will find Stacy.”

I'd love to know what Drew was doing during this search.

My gut feeling is that they will never find her body, but I hope I am wrong. His smugness seemed to suggest he did something with the body where it is impossible or improbable that any remains be found.

For Stacy:

I agree she'll never be found. But he can still be charged with her murder even though they don't have a body.

Did he ever get charged for his first wife's murder yet?

Drewpy's first and second wifes are alive.

Drewpy's THIRD wife Kathleen's COD was changed to homicide and a Grand Jury was convened. We are still waiting for them to return.

JOLIET, Ill.---- The second wife of Drew Peterson and his former fiance appeared before the Will County grand jury investigating the death of the former police officer's third wife and the disappearance of his current wife.

Vicki Connolly was married to Peterson for 10 years. On Thursday, she declined to discuss her appearance before the grand jury as she left the Joliet courthouse.

Kyle Piry also spoke to the grand jury. Piry has said she was engaged to Peterson in the 1980s. She told reporters after her grand jury appearance she hoped it was the last time she would be involved in the case.

Stacy Peterson vanished in October, and authorities have reopened the investigation into the 2004 death of another Drew Perterson wife, Kathleen Savio.

Peterson has denied involvement in his wife's disappearance or in Savio's death.

I check periodically on Brians predictions website. Someone had asked for a remote viewing into the disappearance of Stacey. I asked in that thread if someone could forward that info to the authorities. Thank you!

Below is the link for the thread in which I posted Brian's dream results...

i think he took her way out somewhere & burned her up. if he got the fire hot enough, there would not be anything left of her,not even her bones. i think that is why he is so sure of himself. so sure they will never find her body. i just hope they can still get him without her body & i hope they can get him for kathleen too. he is a double murderer ! he is pure evil !

CHICAGO — Former police Sgt. Drew Peterson recently accused his next-door neighbor of "detaining" his young son, according to a report.

Peterson said Sharon Bychowski, his neighbor and best friend of his missing wife, Stacy Peterson, took a photo of his son Anthony on Sunday afternoon.

Bychowski said Anthony rode his bicycle onto her driveway to visit with Stacy's sister, Cassandra Cales.

"It was ridiculous," Bychowski told the Herald News. "We took a picture of him and his Auntie Cassandra."

Peterson is a suspect in his wife's October disappearance. He denies any wrongdoing and has not been charged.

"They had my 4-year-old, Anthony, surrounded in Sharon's driveway, taking his picture," Peterson told the Herald News.

Joel Brodsky, Peterson's attorney, claims Bychowski and her son, Roy Taylor, threatened Peterson through Internet postings. Bychowski said Peterson has a garage-door opener she had given Stacy.

Brodsky said the photo could be grounds for a felony charge.

"If they cornered the child, as Drew said, that would be (a felony crime of) unlawful restraint," Brodsky told the Herald News.

Drew Peterson Speaks Out The Bolingbrook Police Department referred the matter to the state's attorney's office.

"In the photo, he [Anthony] doesn't appear he's being held against his will," Lt. Ken Teppel of the Bolingbrook Police Department told the Herald News. "They both have their arms around each other and they're smiling."

BOLINGBROOK -- Things were bad enough when it was just alleged Internet threats and a misappropriated garage door opener, but now allegations of an unauthorized photograph of a 4-year-old have sent tensions on Pheasant Chase Court soaring to a new high.

Drew Peterson called the law on Sharon Bychowski, his next-door neighbor and the best friend of his missing wife Stacy, and accused her of "detaining" his young son Anthony, police said. It was the third police report from the neighbors since March 14.

Peterson said he learned of the matter from a neighbor after picking up another of his sons from church early Sunday afternoon.

"They had my 4-year-old, Anthony, surrounded in Sharon's driveway, taking his picture," Peterson said.

"He's a little guy. He's 4, and he's surrounded by them. Kris (his older half-brother) is yelling at him to get in the house."

Bychowski said the boy simply rode his bicycle to Bychowski's driveway to see Stacy's sister, Cassandra Cales, who was there with her friend, Bruce Zidarich, following a volunteer search for the missing woman.

"It was ridiculous," Bychowski said. "We took a picture of him and his Auntie Cassandra.

"You can't arrest me for taking a picture outside," Bychowksi said. "Didn't he used to be a cop?"

Peterson had indeed been a cop for 29 years before he abruptly quit in the wake of his wife's disappearance, dodging an internal affairs investigation. Since then, the state police have labeled the disappearance of Stacy, Peterson's third wife, a "potential homicide" and named Peterson as their sole suspect.

The state police also are investigating the March 2004 apparent bathtub drowning of Peterson's third wife, Kathleen Savio.

At the time, investigators found no indications of foul play in Savio's death, according to special agent Herbert Hardy. A forensic pathologist has since concluded that Savio was the victim of a homicide.

A possible felony charge?
Peterson's attorney, Joel Brodsky, has accused Bychowski and her son, Roy Taylor, of threatening Peterson through Internet postings. Bychowski, for her part, claims Peterson is in possession of a garage door opener she had given Stacy, and that he used it to open her garage.
On Monday, Brodsky said the unauthorized photograph may amount to a felony charge.

"If they cornered the child, as Drew said, that would be (a felony crime of) unlawful restraint," Brodsky said.

"Personally, I think Sharon's lost touch with reality," he said, claiming a witness described the look on her face as "maniacal."

"I really fear for her mental stability," Brodsky said, saying the people in Bychowski's driveway acted "almost like a modern-day lynch mob."

Lt. Ken Teppel of the Bolingbrook Police Department said the matter was referred to the state's attorney's office. An officer on the scene viewed the photograph of Anthony and his aunt, he said, and the child does not look harried.

"In the photo, he doesn't appear he's being held against his will," Teppel said. "They both have their arms around each other and they're smiling."

While he had the cops there, Peterson also complained of Cales peeling out as she drove past his house Saturday night and said she left about 20 yards of tire tracks behind her.

Ribbon dispute
Bychowski said she and other volunteers put out new blue and pink ribbons on the trees of their subdivision in memory of Stacy and Savio. Peterson promptly removed the ones on his property.
"It says he's not supporting both women," Bychowski said. "It makes a big statement about what he thinks, and these are the mothers of his children."

Peterson disputed this.

"No, that means I don't want those raggedy ribbons on my trees," he said. "I take good care of my house."

And above his house, Peterson said, he is concerned about his kids.

"I really don't care what they do as long as it doesn't affect my children," he said.

"My kids can't be kids, because of Sharon and her band of vigilantes."

Peterson is just upset, Sharon will not stop looking for Stacey. She will not rest until she is found. Which is a lot more than Drew is doing to find her. As her best friend she knows Stacey did not just up and leave on her own. She knows deep in her heart, like all of America, Drew is responsible.

Using this child as a pawn in his game of horrors is just horrendous. They took a picture. As the officer said, he didn't look harried, they were smiling. I'll bet it's very hard living next door to Drew, walking on egg shells, knowing he knows what really happened to Stacey. Why hasn't he given back that garage door opener, he should not be in possession of it. He could walk into their home at any time of the day or night. Scarey!

Drew is just grasping at straws....I hope his days are numbered!

If I were Sharon, I'd invite Cassie to live with me. That way she could see the kids regularly. And it would po Drew.

I do worry though about what he says to the kids after situations like this. You know he doesn't keep his mouth shut.

Boat to aid in search for Stacy Peterson

BOLINGBROOK

A boat to help search for a missing Bolingbrook mother will be unveiled Saturday by the group Friends of Stacy Peterson.

The boat, called the "Stacy Ann," was bought by the organization through fundraisers in honor of Peterson, the 23-year-old woman who disappeared last year. The boat will be used on local waterways to search for any sign of the missing woman, according to a news release from the group.

The unveiling ceremony will take place at noon Saturday at Mugz's Hideout, 24045 W. Front St., Channahon.

It's so good to hear that concerned people haven't given up looking for Stacy despite the months that have passed since she went missing. It's also good that they don't believe she just ran off like Drew loves to go before the cameras and claim.

It is a great tribute to Stacy. I am glad they have not given up looking for her. I hope she will be found. Even without her body I do believe there is a case being put together to charge Drew. There are just too many things that do not add up to what he says. When a person claims that everybody else is a liar, mental or otherwise, just shows how he is trying to shift the blame to everybody else instead of himself.

Friends of Stacy Peterson have introduced a new tool to use as they conduct water searches for the missing woman.
They unveiled a new boat named the 'Stacy Ann' Saturday in Channahon.
The group says they will use the boat to search different waterways and look for clues in Peterson's disappearance.
Peterson has been missing since October 2007. Her husband, Drew Peterson, a former Bolingbrook police officer, has been named a 'person of interest' in her disappearance.

I think this is wonderful. Anything that will help find Stacy is well worth it. I sure wish we would hear some news about her and from the grand jury. I thought I had read somewhere that we are looking at august for the gj to be finished. Does anybody have any newer information?

This from the website. They are in need of a remote operated vehicle (ROV) to go along with the boat and sonar.

Seems they are convinced that she will be found in the water?

I wish they would search that canal again.

I think that is exactly what they need. The waters are really dangerous so they would like to be able to verify things before sending divers in. I can understand that. You don't want to put the life of the divers in danger for something that this could say wasn't important. I hope that they are able to get something that helps them.

I wish they would continue to search the canal too and a few of the locks. I think she is in water somewhere unfortunately.

I had never seen the pictures of "Stacy's Gardern" in Sharon's yard. I had heard about it but never seen it. I hope that the kids see that and know that people are worried and looking for their mom. It would do Drew good to go along with it for their sake.. no matter what he "thinks" happened to her.

Bad company
The Peterson case . . .

Psst: Sneed hears the predatory sex offender brother of Stacy Peterson, who was released from prison earlier this month, visited his missing sister's children Monday.

• To wit: Drew Peterson, the ex-Bolingbrook cop whose every move has been scrutinized since his wife's disappearance, permitted his brother-in-law, Yelton Cales, to visit Anthony, 4, and Lacy, 3, under his strict supervision.

• • Quoth Peterson's attorney, Joel Brodsky: "Obviously Drew watched very closely. . . .That's their uncle, and as long he behaves himself [he can visit]."

• • Background: Cales, 28, reportedly phoned Peterson intermittently during his incarceration and was released following a four-year sentence for aggravated criminal sexual abuse to a 15-year-old girl. Classified as a predatory sex offender, Cales is required to register with the state for the rest of his life.

• • Side note: On the day Stacy disappeared, she was planning to repaint Cales' home. Peterson is now a prime suspect in the disappearance of his wife.

Tsk. Tsk.

HELP VICTIMS HAVE A VOICE
TODAY.....EVERYONE....CALL...EMAIL...PASS THE WORD
THIS BILL NEEDS TO BE SIGNED...TODAY

217-782-0244 or 312-814-2121

http://www.illinois.gov/gov/contactthegovernor.cfm

Ask the governor of Illinois to sign the hearsay bill and make this a law!

Spend 10 minutes of your time making the call, writing the note, telling your friends, posting it on forums or blogs or myspace, or just sending it to your email list.

Drew Peterson goes to court on Wednesday, if this law is signed in tomorrow an arrest could possibly take place on Wednesday, away from the children, and in a safe and controlled situation, allowing justice to be served!

You can make a difference, even if you aren't fully aware of the situation, or even if you haven't heard about it at all, just know that there are two women, and four children who need your help.

For those of you who have followed the case, now is your chance to put your money where your mouth is! Take a few minutes away from watching the stories on television, from reading the blog posts or articles written, and do something!

Not everyone can be there to search, can be there to help take care of the children, some can't send money, some aren't able to hand out pictures or put up signs, but anyone who is receiving this email can click that link and ask that the hearsay law be signed.

Tomorrow is go day. An effort is being made to have everyone call or write today and tomorrow, if the governor is listening we want to be heard loud and clear.

Sign the hearsay law. Let Kathy and Stacy be heard.
No one listened when they were alive, let them have a voice no
