KISSIMMEE -- Deputies in Osceola County asked for the public's help in finding a missing man.

Jose Anthony Morales Santos, 53, was last seen leaving his home in Kissimmee Friday afternoon.

Santos' family told deputies he was walking to a convenience store, but never returned. He was last seen wearing gray shorts, a black T-shirt, black baseball hat and dark colored shoes.

Santos speaks little English, and has the mental capacity of a child between 6 and 16 years of age.

Santos is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, between 150 and 160 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. His walk is shuffled, and he usually keeps his head down.

Anyone with information was urged to contact the Osceola County Sheriff's Office at (407) 348-2222.

Deputies Search For Missing Disabled Man

KISSIMMEE, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- The Osceola County Sheriff's deputies is searching for a missing 53-year-old disabled man.

Jose Anthony Morales-Santos was reported missing by his family on Friday. He was last seen leaving his residence on Monarch Lane in Kissimmee around 3:00 p.m.

His family told deputies he was walking to the nearby Circle K at West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway and Siesta Lago but never returned home. According to police, Morales-Santos speaks little English and has the metal capacity of a child between 6 and 16 years of age. He walks with a distinct shuffle and usually keeps his head down.

Morales-Santos is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5'7" tall, 150-160 lbs. with brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing gray shorts, a black t-shirt, black baseball hat and dark colored shoes.

Missing Disabled Man Found Safe in Polk City

Osceola County officials reported today that Jose Anthony Morales-Santos was located early this morning in Polk City. He is back at home with his family.
