Police looking for 'endangered' teen runaway

GOODING – Police in Gooding want the public’s help in finding a teenage girl who’s disappeared.

They say 15-year-old Shianne Emery ran away from home but is “endangered.”

Gooding's Police chief said Emery may be in the Mountain Home or Boise area with an adult woman.

He says the girl allegedly assaulted a guardian she'd been living with in Gooding last week. Before police arrived, he says the teen took off.

Missing endangered Gooding teen found in Nampa

GOODING - Police in Gooding say they have found the endangered teen that went missing back in May.

Shianne Emery ran away from home after she allegedly assaulted a guardian she'd been living with in Gooding.

Emery was found in Nampa.

A tip that was phoned into the Gooding City Police Department was followed up on indicating that she may be in the Nampa area under an assumed name. Assistance was asked for by the Nampa Police Department who located Emery and took her into custody.

The case is still under investigation for possible charges on persons involved with this case.
