My neighbor has a Bichon. She has really gone bonkers regarding this pup. She bought a doggie stroller for it. She is always carrying it and only puts it down outside to do her business - then in her arms again. She has a blog about it, about 10 different outfits and leashes to match. Its a cute little girl, but I wish she would let her be a dog - ya know - run around, play, get a little dirty once in a while.

Am I wrong?

Not wrong at all, that is way too much for a dog even as cute as a bichon is. Before we got our pomeranian, we were looking at getting a bichon, they are cute animals.
