I never watch it - but my son does. He's in 7th grade & his Biology class watches it every week! I was kind of shocked, but I don't disapprove - I think it's a good thing. He was telling me about one of the Meerkats getting bitten by a snake - is that right? It sounded horrible. I remember Flower - I saw her in one of the few episodes I watched. What happened to her?

She was the one. Her agonized death caused an enormous amount of sorrow among the TV viewers, and a crisis of some proportion in the tribe, as she was the leader, the alpha female.
