Boyfriend again sentenced to death in 3-year-old’s death

An Oklahoma City man today was sentenced to death for the beating death of his girlfriend’s 3-year-old daughter in 2000.

It was the second time James Lawrence Mitchell IIIÃ received the death penalty for the crime.

That's the only sentence that should be given to anyone who abuses/tortures a child and the end result is death.

Now too bad they will have years and years of appeals before this sentence is handed out. Good for Oklahoma City!
