IIRC Peterson was out four days, and the jury said they never thought he was innocent it was the degree they convicted on; It would not surprise me if the Jury comes back with second degree for Rachael and first degree for Lillian.

The jury was never told three financial nuggets in the case against of Neil Entwistle, according to motions just made public.

The BMW-driving Brit qualified for a MassHealth card for his baby. (MassHealth is only for low- and medium-income residents.)
He spun the wheel in an online gambling site.
He fought with his wife while they lived with her folks in Carver.
Motions just made public in this double-murder case add a few intriguing financial details the jury — now well into the second day of deliberations — did not hear.

Why? The judge ruled on a dizzying stack of motions (which just cost the blog $152 to read) and limited what could and could not be dropped into the mountain of evidence in the case.

One of Neil’s best buddies from England, Benjamin Pryor, did testify his college friend admitted he was in “perilous” financial straits.
