Colorado Springs Police Searching for Missing Woman

Colorado Springs Police need help tracking down a 22-year-old woman missing since early Monday morning.

Michelle Lazard was last seen at her parent's home Sunday night, near Palmer Park and Academy Boulevard.

Her family is concerned about her whereabouts because they say she is developmentally delayed because of a brain injury, and behaves more like a 9-year-old.

Michelle's mother, Odessa Lazard tells 11 News she believes Michelle may be with a 21-year-old man Michelle has been dating. Her mother also says Michelle has run away before, but never for this long.

Police don't believe Michelle is in any immediate danger.
